I ordered 2 snack wraps and 2 small fries and waited at the 2nd window for 10 minutes before they said they were waiting on my snack wraps. I then pulled forward and proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes before I got tired of waiting so pulled back through the drive thru line and asked where my food was. I watched car after car go through the line and not once did they attempt to take a minute and bring me out my food. Wow!!!!
Horrible service 😑
On top of all the waiting my fries were old and cold. The snack wraps were luke warm.......So what was I waiting for? It sure wasn't hot fresh good food. I will not be going back there again.

I don’t know why, but everytime I go there I get sent into a parking spot so they can carry my food out. Half the time there isn’t another car in line. This management team needs to improve both there team and themselves.

Not happy at all with this location. Ordered mcdelivery because I can’t leave work during my 12 hour shift. Got my order the French fries are not in the bag. I called them the girl on the phone said you can have door dash bring them to you and I was like so I have to pay two delivery fees just to get my full meal I paid for. Needless to say never got my fries 😬

Best McDonald's. There's only been one time that my food was messed up. They sincerely apologized, refunded my money and gave me the correct order. Food is always 100% fresh! Customer service is always 100%!

I was made to pull into a spot to wait for my food watched 10-15 cars go through the drive thru. Finally bring me half my order forget the kids meal. Wait another 10 minutes for the happy meal and they got that wrong missing apples. Didn't get any of my condiments. Nothing was special order at least 20 other people received their food before me. Next time I'll stay at the window until they are done.

This McDonald's is a mess. Most of the time I'm stuck waiting for cold fries. They are nice ppl but geez the service here is awful.

Was not acknowledged the whole time time I was there. Walked inside told them my mobile order number they didn't say anything and just walked away. Stood there for 15 minutes while others were served first. Manager was slamming things around making it a very hostile environment. Workers were joking with each other and ignoring me. Was finally given my order without acknowledgment while they were joking with each other. Felt very brushed off and not a valued customer. Strawberry jam is open and sticky. Bag is greasy af from then putting everything upside down.

With the exception of very high demand times like 7 o clock this location will get you your food quick and good.

So I usually do the thing where I get mad and hold off on a review and then the anger wears off and the review doesn't get done. However, this was the straw that broke me.
I can confidently say I don't think I have received my food at the window in at least 2 years. The drive through window is only ever used to give you your drinks and tell you to go park for the next 15 minutes. On top of that you are almost guaranteed to have something in your order wrong or just straight up missing. Tonight was a 10 minute wait after pulling ahead for me to receive the wrong meal and didn't notice until home. Often times it's completely missing item(s) but very rarely is everything correct. It's the only one in belding with very few options so you're pretty much stuck to using this location but come on dude. I've probably lost at least $50 in missing items that I paid for but missed that they weren't in the bag. I will give morning shift props as they are mostly accurate only missing small mistakes.

I have lived all over the country and this is probably the best McDonald’s I’ve lived or worked by! Always polite staff, the managers are accountable for the rare mistake and SO accommodating. It’s nice to be out in the world & be met with kindness in places you don’t necessarily expect it anymore❤️

Hair, hair and more hair not happy. Wear hair nets... Can't get a chicken sandwiche without a side of hair with it. Bought three chicken sandwiches different times with had a side of hair. Then to top it off had hair in my frys. Not doing good in the place with the hair an not short ones but long hair..
