I came in simply asking for the sub of the day, but instead I was handed a 6-inch sandwich that cost $13 and told it was my mistake. When I clarified that I wanted the Philly cheesesteak sub of the day — a 6-inch with a drink and chips — the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. The way I was treated made me feel completely disrespected as a customer. For what I paid and how I was spoken to, I absolutely should have received a refund.

I made a order mistake and called the store to help me with chafing the order she sad sorry I have no idea how to do that bro but that was fine it was my fault but the order was supposed to be ready 3:30 and we got there 3:40 and it wasn't done and she made it after we asked about it was the boss and a 3 ingredient sub she made the boss and put the sauce on mine and tried to wipe it with her glove then she grabbed paper towel to wipe the sub and when we asked her not to and she said its fine I'm just wiping the sauce line we knew that we asked her to remake it and she started slamming everything around really hard line not just normal line she was about to break the stuff and we paid for a cookie footlong they were out I asked for a refund and they said they don't do that so I asked what can I get for my money worth and they said nothing so I just lost out on that and they were laughing at us and talking shit right in front is it was the worst service ever then once we waited 30 mins for are sub and leaving she came outside and spat right next to are car her name was Lilly and wont be going back after that experience

Very poor sandwiches. None of our food was correct. Charged for extra meat, did not receive. Used to be a good place, very poor excuse for a place to eat. Try to call and nobody will answer a phone.

I placed a pick up order on the app. When I got to the store the woman working was very rude and said your stuff is over there and walked away. I noticed juice boxes missing and when I asked she said get them yourself and walked in the back. We took our subs to the beach. I ordered for myself and 6 children. Every single sub was incorrect… items were substituted without asking me. For example every sub had provolone cheese and instead of bell peppers they put banana peppers. Kids subs with no mayo had mayo. We ended up throwing away most of the food and getting pizza. I have went on the app to get help and called the store twice but no one is answering the phone. Funny enough a family member stopped in that morning to also grab a sandwich and the woman working was complaining about our order and said she was just going to make the subs how she wanted because they were out of several items.

About 50% of the time, my food is prepared incorrectly. I place online orders because of the great deals, but it seems that the Belding location doesn't pay attention to the details of my orders. Today, for instance, my flatbread footlong was folded hamburger-style. I had to rearrange the ingredients by hand before eating. When I moved the veggies into the correct position, I realized that the portion was actually much smaller than a footlong.

Another sub I ordered had very small portions and was missing ingredients. I find it frustrating that someone is left to work solo when they don't even know how to properly fold a flatbread to make a footlong. It also raises the question of whether the other workers or managers care about quality.

I frequently order from Subway, but I find myself doing so less often at the Belding location, as my orders often get messed up. It's disappointing because Belding doesn't have many healthy options. I guess I'll have to start going to Greenville from now on.

Subway has really gone downhill. The person who usually makes my sub was not there, so everyone was very stingy with their ingrediants. They tried telling me that what used to be a regular footlong amount of meat was now the pro sized. I think if i come back, ill see if my regular guy is there, and if not go to McDonalds.

Also as a edit, have the employees know more about cross contamination. My sub tastes like pickles because they bear hand everything.
