Water Tower Grille and Smokehouse

I have been fishing the flat River for 25 years and always stayed in Greenville. My friends and I decided to try the Candlestone and we were not disappointed! The rooms were nice, the food was excellent! But the staff was amazing! A big thank you to Olivia, Hazzie, and Tia for making my first stay outstanding. Will definitely be back.

This restaurant was recommended to me. I was very disappointed. I got a Wagyu burger. It was extremely dry. I couldn’t even eat half of it. The macaroni and cheese. I have to be honest. I’ve only eaten my mother‘s macaroni and cheese and my own, but when I ate it, I thought “I know you lying”. It had no seasoning on it. I had to put hot sauce, garlic pepper, salt, and pepper on it, and it still wasn’t good. The homemade chips are very good. I will order those again but nothing else I can’t add a photo of the food is in the trash. Sorry if this sounds harsh. The customer service was great though the hostess or whoever was very cute personality and she’s very friendly.

Had a Jeep Group meeting here out back. It was a great atmosphere and the food was good.

Great food and service. My husband and I also appreciated the convenience of walking from our hotel room to the restaurant. Being able to see the golf course from the restaurant was also nice.

Had the Easter buffet and highly disappointed. Usually it's better than today. What was served on the buffet was not expected for an Easter dinner.

The Chef and our server Tia did an excellent job at my food selections due to food allergies. Very attentive to learning and understanding.

This place has great food. I'll be coming back for sure.. Plus the dessert was very good.

Good food so far. There were a few times in the golf off season they were out of sides or apps but that can be expected. I really enjoyed the patty melt.

Dawn did such an amazing job with our shower. We couldn’t ask for better service and venue. Very professional, organized and elegant! Thanks for all you do as always Dawn.

Always a great time at the water tower grille!! The food is always really good (smoked chicken wings) and the menu offers some fun options as well! Kristien was our server and she was wonderful!! A++++++

You need to update your schedule that you aren't open on Sundays

Food was good hands down. Server was nice and quick.. but heres what got me. They charge 20% grattitude. The Server showed me my total and i asked her if i could get a recepit she said yes. I paid with extra and she asked if i would like my change? I said no. Then she comes back with my receipt and there is a 20% grattitude im noticing. Double tipping. Not cool. The fiance went up and asked for our change back since we paid a 20% grattitude with no notice before she asked if we needed change. Then the waitress decided to go up front and tell all her coworkers. Probably should make sureeee you tell people there is a gratitude on a bill before just taking 2 tips without someone knowing. Smh
