Applebee's Grill + Bar

Monica was our server 11/24/25 and did upmost great job very attentive and our food was served to our special request. Ribs were perfect and chicken Alfredo was cut small as offered due to my oral surgery recently. Above and beyond call of duty. Drink was quickest i ever received it. And very tasty. Highly recommend Monica again. Plz ask for her as she is highly energized and super nice and personal and super kind. Hugs to Monica. We will Def be back for her area.

Absolutely terrible service. They messed up our order even though it was placed in advance for pickup. When my husband arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the order wasn’t ready, and he had to wait 25 minutes.

When he finally brought the food home, we discovered that our Irresist-A-Bowls order was missing both the shrimp and the chicken, and our entire order of boneless chicken wings was missing. How does that even happen?

My husband went back to the restaurant and was met with extremely rude staff. He asked to speak to the manager and had to wait over 30 minutes just to receive a refund. No apology, no accountability.

Applebee’s used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but after repeated order mistakes and unbelievably poor service, I will never return. Completely unacceptable.

Had a great experience tonight. The waiter, Jason, did a great job- staying on top with refills and clearing plates. The food runners were very polite as well. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was delicious. A great experience for our family.

There were gnats flying around the tables. My husband's trio he ordered looked old and reheated and the portion was tiny. I had the chicken wontons and I have never been so. Disappointed. The wonton was way over cooked, there was barely ANY chicken and 1 of them had no chicken and half slaw. Not to mention I had crust in my cup. The only thing was our very nice server.

Server Matthew is very attentive. We've always had good service at this location. The food is to be expected. Sometimes, the floor and walls around the tables could be cleaner.
