7/7/25 I use my Arby's app and ordered a regular roast beef/free steak hoagie, I didn't receive my hoagie and I asked why and the male cashier said you have to spend $10 to get the free hoagie,So I went back to the app in store and spent 14.26 more and my app said redeem accepted for free hoagie.so I paid .when I received my order I did not get my free hoagie and I ask why another girl cashier ask the manager should I give him a free hoagie and the manager said no I can't help you.. I go there all the time.,so I will spend my money at Arby's at michigan Ave canton she didn't care if I was mad or not I'm a senior citizen

Restaurant was clean and quiet. Mike took our order and made us feel like special people with his fantastic attitude. I had the Pulled Pork sandwich at Mike's suggestion, and it was FANTASTIC!!!
We have ordered off DoorDash here a few times. Anytime we got the French Dip, they never send the sauce with it. So we stopped getting that, but everything seemed just fine.
Tonight we ordered again and got one of each of the Limited Time Sandwiches (pulled pork and the brisket). Those come with either the Cedric’s sauce or the Anthony sauce, we ordered one of each sauce. And yet again they send no sauce with it. The point of those sandwiches is the sauces. If you ran out then you should take them off the availability on DoorDash (the Sandwiches not the whole establishment) or have the driver contact us. Instead you just neglect to send it, also the sandwiches weren’t even tagged correctly. Do better Arby’s and get new workers.

Ordered their delivery. Was missing a 5 dollar shake and the lady who answered decided to get extremely rude when all I asked was how do I get my refund

Overall a nice experience through the drive-thru food's a little slow but I understand due to lack of employees. But they make it right and they're always friendly

My fish sandwich was cold. 6 o'clock in the evening no one else in line. 4 dirty tables with people standing around. It's definitely not our local Arby's
