Lady at the speaker rushed me through. When she went to hand me my food she tossed it and it went onto the ground outside. Her response was “sorry they have me doing way too much” very disappointed.

First I would like to say this is not a review of staff. I don’t believe this has anything to do with them. They were nice and fast. This is for corporate. The steak bites was by far the worst thing I ate in years. The meat was obviously chuck that was tenderised some how. It was chewy and filled with fat. The 6 to 8 nuggets I through away 2 for how nasty the texture was. This felt like I ate road kill. For 9.85 cents I could have gotten many other options. My stomach is turning thinking about the texture and flavor. It was not spoiled let me add. It was just gross.

I went through drive thru. The young lady was very pleasant. She gave me everything that I needed and asked for . The food was delicious. I will come again and patronize this restaurant. I recommend if you're in the area to do the same.

Went inside up to the counter and got no service. Two employees one who appeared to be a manager in the dining room sitting in their phones and at least one I saw in the back. I said twice 'anyone here to help' and no one responded. I was at the counter for several minutes. I really wanted some arbys but I left.

This location is hit or miss. This one lady who works mid shift usually has a questionable attitude and conveniently forgets to give me something or gives me the wrong order. Ever since I used free sandwich coupons I got for poor service at another location its been 50 50 if she is working. Not sure why she hates on paying customers but yea. Food is generally good/ok for being Arby's.

Everything tasted great staff was great good selection of items I give only 1 negative to this the prices, wow fast food is right up there competing with the restaurants

7/7/25 I use my Arby's app and ordered a regular roast beef/free steak hoagie, I didn't receive my hoagie and I asked why and the male cashier said you have to spend $10 to get the free hoagie,So I went back to the app in store and spent 14.26 more and my app said redeem accepted for free hoagie.so I paid .when I received my order I did not get my free hoagie and I ask why another girl cashier ask the manager should I give him a free hoagie and the manager said no I can't help you.. I go there all the time.,so I will spend my money at Arby's at michigan Ave canton she didn't care if I was mad or not I'm a senior citizen
