Won a gift certificate a while back for a free pizza.. when i called today, the guy on the phone told me they've chosen to no longer honor gift certificates... weird.

Really was hoping for a better experience. Stopped in made my order and small talk with the gentleman there. He said 10 minutes I replied no rush I was stopping at another business and would take 20 minutes or so. Arrived back 30 minutes later and it still took 10 minutes no biggie. Opened the bag took out the sandwich and the lettuce was not the best looking. See photo's.. so I removed it and ate the smaller half and honestly it was decent. Bread was good. Not sure if I'd go back or recommend. The lettuce really was off putting.

Great place, Girl on the phone was very polite and awesome. When I picked up the pizza the guy at the counter I believe he was the owner was also very awesome and polite. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time!!!!!! A+++l

Tried to call to order food twice at 11:00 am and 11:02am and they are claiming they are closed.

Real shame, this used to be my go to pizza place and liquor store but the quality has gone down hill at benitos that it is unedible and the liquor store sells expired items, make sure to check before you buy!!
Me and my family are all vegetarian (cause our bodies can’t process meat correctly) and ordered online through the website with my last $35(including a nice tip). I came to get my pizza and to my shock it had meat on it. So of course I went in to ask if I could possibly get it remade due to not consuming meat. And I was met with very rude customer service from the blonde woman. I was told by her they couldn’t remake it because they would be losing money “we would be out $22” and they would take it out of HER pay check so she would be losing money. After literally begging her stating I even paid extra for my 1 pizza and I proceeded to not lose $22 but $31, was still met with no resolution. We couldn’t eat the pizza due to the little tiny pieces of chicken and bacon imbedded in the cheese of the pizza (there would’ve been no way to guarantee the pizza would be 100% meat free even after picking the toppings off) . I was met with a response lacking compassion and empathy, no pizza to take home, no accommodations, no remake, no refund, I wasted my time, gas and money And now me and my family have nothing to eat. I normally come here and it’s alright but definitely will avoid this location from now on.

The close by Benitos in Ypsi was closed for July 4th, sucks. So we picked the next closest in Belville. Got a Big Benito 24" with bacon $33 bucks. Just as good ! Yum!

I was thrilled that they had a freshly made GF Pizza. It's not a pre-made frozen crust but a LARGE, real-life, hand-made pizza. Will visit again soon.

One of the best Benito's I've ever ordered from. I've never tried the "dine in" option but everything is always hot and the food is great everytime I order.Staff is really friendly and helpful, id definitely recommend this Benito's to friends, family and everyone else who hasn't tried it yet.
