Ordered delivery and waited an hour and a half. Called to check on my order and it was "just coming out of the oven". When it finally arrived, it was clear that it had been sitting for a while and then reheated. Disappointed that they didn't just say that and offer to remake. Would have been delish if it was fresh.

This place has really gone downhill since Roy sold it, and then post-pandemic. I don't recognize any of the staff anymore and the food just doesn't taste as good. Not sure we'll be back anytime soon. Sad.

I used to love dining here, especially once they added dine-in. It was understandably closed during covid but took a very long time to come back and hasn't been as great since. Changing ownership certainly didn't help, and it now seems there has been a large employee turnover. I'll be finding a new restaurant to frequent.

We ordered one pizza and one sub with mayo. Y’all made sure to let me know you won’t put it on the sandwich but will give it to me on the side….you didn’t. I’m autistic with issues around eating and this sub is basically a waste for me without it. Hopefully my sister in law can eat them leftover or something.The pizza my boyfriend got looked well cooked and he liked it a lot. I’ll update my review when I can get my order correct. Thank you.

Great pizza with generous toppings. Customer service could be better. Price is a bit high. Beware, they do not honor the prices that are advertised online! Even their flyers are not guaranteed pricing.

Pizzas were awful . It doesn't do any good to go in and talk about it, VERY arrogant people and extremely descending to its customers.
We where traveling so I called ahead so we wouldn't have to "wait", ordered deep dish pizza & a 2 lit. Pepsi. Got there was a hand tossed pizza and no lit. Pop. So had to wait for the pizza and pop 25 min. But they did give us the hand tossed for free. The pizza was very good.

Wow!! This location blows all other locations out of the water! I work right up the road from here and I ran over to get some lunch the other day and the quality of the food was phenomenal!! The staff was so kind!! The flavor of the food was excellent! I was surprised to see they also have the ability for customers to have a seat and dine in! I’m very pleased with this location! I’m so glad I decided to give this location a try, especially since one of the other locations (I thought) ruined this company for me!! I will only be going to this location from now on! Hooray for the joyous staff here at the Willis Rd Belleville Benitos!!
