This is a FIVE STAR BK. Don’t be fooled by the lack of customers, it’s due to this staff delivering quality food at record speed. Sherry is providing an atmosphere that has me wondering if I’m at church the way she is serving the community! This double cheeseburger is so satisfying to even look at I had to take a picture 🥲

This place is normally really good but the manger called me a liar because they put 2 french toast sticks instead of 3. The experience today was awful!!! They also didn't give syrup, and said they did!! Absolutely aweful service!!!

Wow wow wow, You guys really need to come to this bk. Its FAST AND THE FOOD IS PIPING HOT. No complaints here AT ALL! Whopper was so good i had to leave a review! 11/10 recommend !! Best experience ever at a fast food place Thank you thank you thank you i will Be BACK

Went in to grab breakfast with my 8y/o. Huge patch of ice right IN FRONT OF the entrance. I slipped on it, my 8y/o slipped on it, & he hit the back of his head. His head was bleeding, he scratched/ bruised up his elbows, was wailing out in pain. Didn’t end up getting breakfast bc my son was so distraught. I attempted to call this bk location twice, no answer. Definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen. LLCs have liability insurance for this reason. Hope they figure out they need to put down salt, because I know I’m not the only one falling on that ice today.

The person that took my order was very rude. I went through drive thru and he took my card, handed me my bag , without telling me thank you, have a good day, go climb a tree, just shut the window, and he wasn’t busy. This Burger King has gone way done in customer service as well as quality, as the churros tasted like burnt cooking oil. I will not be going back.

On the rare occasion I indulge in an American clasic fast food experience I turn to Burger King, particularly the one in Belleville. #1 because they do it Best. #2 because Burger King, unlike many other fast food brands, does not use Dimethylpolysiloxane PDMS to over-extend the life of frying oil. May not seem like a big deal to some but for me this additive causes my heart to race uncontrollably. Thank you Burger King for allowing me to enjoy the occasional fries with my burger without sending me to the ER 💓 Thanks for looking out for people over profit!
