Wow wow wow, You guys really need to come to this bk. Its FAST AND THE FOOD IS PIPING HOT. No complaints here AT ALL! Whopper was so good i had to leave a review! 11/10 recommend !! Best experience ever at a fast food place Thank you thank you thank you i will Be BACK

Went in to grab breakfast with my 8y/o. Huge patch of ice right IN FRONT OF the entrance. I slipped on it, my 8y/o slipped on it, & he hit the back of his head. His head was bleeding, he scratched/ bruised up his elbows, was wailing out in pain. Didn’t end up getting breakfast bc my son was so distraught. I attempted to call this bk location twice, no answer. Definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen. LLCs have liability insurance for this reason. Hope they figure out they need to put down salt, because I know I’m not the only one falling on that ice today.

The person that took my order was very rude. I went through drive thru and he took my card, handed me my bag , without telling me thank you, have a good day, go climb a tree, just shut the window, and he wasn’t busy. This Burger King has gone way done in customer service as well as quality, as the churros tasted like burnt cooking oil. I will not be going back.

On the rare occasion I indulge in an American clasic fast food experience I turn to Burger King, particularly the one in Belleville. #1 because they do it Best. #2 because Burger King, unlike many other fast food brands, does not use Dimethylpolysiloxane PDMS to over-extend the life of frying oil. May not seem like a big deal to some but for me this additive causes my heart to race uncontrollably. Thank you Burger King for allowing me to enjoy the occasional fries with my burger without sending me to the ER 💓 Thanks for looking out for people over profit!
While the fries were fine - the patty on the burger felt like had got rotten and had a smell to it. Lettuce didn’t look good either.

Pretty decent food and service. The wait wasn't too long. The parking lot isn't ever full. Although it a little pricey. Still pretty okay though. Their impossible Whopper is delicious 😋 !!! Also their french fries 🍟 are delicious 😋 much better than McDonald's !! Also good onion rings !!

This burger king has really turned this place around it's way better than in the past. And anyone who has had a bad experience here, I'm telling u, it's worth it to come here now. Must have a new store manager maybe but I believe they deserve all 5 stars. Thank you.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. From the Arabic manager to the teenage staff members, the entire team displayed unprofessional behavior. I witnessed them arguing with a customer in front of other patrons, which escalated to the point where they threw a customer's food on the ground. Furthermore, they instructed the customer to move her vehicle to the back of the establishment, implying that they intended to confront her in a more private setting. The manager failed to intervene, instead choosing to watch the events unfold. I strongly advise the owner to review the security footage to witness the unacceptable behavior of the staff. If left unchecked, this conduct will inevitably harm the business's reputation and potentially lead to legal repercussions.

I ordered 4 bk melts for me and co workers. This is the 1st time the product looked like the advistisment and it tasted fantastic at a fast food place.
