I went to drive-thru. I was extremely hungry and had other appointments. I ordered a original chicken sandwich meal with extra mayo. Nope, sandwich was dry like wood ! 😫. Thank God for the drink because otherwise I would've choked 😢. Didn't have time to return to complain. I just ate enough to kill the hunger pain and what I could and threw the rest away. Hadn't been in a few years anyway. Wonder why they never give you what you ask for😬😬..just a thought 🤔🤔

They treat people like they haven't been eating Burger King for over 20 years and don't know what old food looks like and tastes like. They literally act like they have to pay for it the old food that doesn't get sold so they sell it to their customers I need yall to quit being lazy and give people what their money is giving

I want to leave a five out of five review specifically because of the employee working the payment window around 8:20 PM on December 18, 2025. I believe his name may be spelled Oluwaseyi, though I am not certain of the spelling. He also went by Shae, which I will use here.
From the moment I pulled up, Shae started a genuine conversation. He asked how my day was going and shared a bit about his, including going to see Zootopia and heading back to Grand Rapids for the holidays. We also talked briefly about my time in the military. Nothing about the interaction felt rushed or rehearsed. It was simply a kind, human moment.
This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere. Shae was friendly, attentive, and very easy to talk to. His communication and people skills stood out in a way you do not see very often, not only in fast food but in many professional settings.
I am giving this store a five out of five rating because of Shae. He made a routine stop feel positive and memorable, and I have no doubt he will go very far.

This is a FIVE STAR BK. Don’t be fooled by the lack of customers, it’s due to this staff delivering quality food at record speed. Sherry is providing an atmosphere that has me wondering if I’m at church the way she is serving the community! This double cheeseburger is so satisfying to even look at I had to take a picture 🥲
This place is normally really good but the manger called me a liar because they put 2 french toast sticks instead of 3. The experience today was awful!!! They also didn't give syrup, and said they did!! Absolutely aweful service!!!
