I ordered food here around 7:15 pm 12/8/24. There were a bunch of adults working. And the food in ordered was garbage. All of the food has been sitting in warmers probably well past the four hour holding limit. The chicken and burger has a jerky like texture. I wonder why? And the manager (I’m assuming) with the leg brace bagged that garbage up and handed it to me. I hope the owners of this store start looking at the cameras (20-25 mins before the end of shift all the way until they leave) because I doubt the food they steal is like the garbage they’re giving customers. Y’all are adults not high school students. I mean damn that’s terrible fulfilling all kinds of stereotypes.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!! First off the drive thru gave us a hard time about giving 2 separate orders. His response was nothing but RUDE AS HELL. Then get our food and there's a hair in it. I called the Manager on duty and she was only trying to prove that to not be true. I've heard so much about this Burger King I wanted to warn my granddaughters about going there. Oh how I wish I would have. Nasty horrible attitudes from all of the employees we dealt with. Go the extra mile to Burger King on Rawsonville. So much better. I promise you!!!

The employees that work here are disgustingly rude they don't even greet you appropriately at the drive-thru menu saying what do you want then when you pull up to the window they don't even greet you they push the bag out the window at you all falls back on management

This burger king is a bad joke, yesterday I ordered 2 egg & cheese Croissants & they were cold so what happend there? Did you give me old food again! I won't be back your going to make people sick possibly even kill them!!! I will be reporting you to the health inspector because your not cooking food properly! I'm sick of getting nasty food , soggy onion rings and the burgers were not what we ordered, so once again we had to go back to have them fix it. Not sure what's going on here but old microwaved Onion rings are a food safety issue. The cashier said she didn't hear my son say plain burgers and gave no reason for the soft soggy Onion rings. They were not Very busy so there is no good excuse for severing anyone wrong or old food. Are they trying to get people sick. I'll be reporting this to the health inspector, it seems to be the norm here now. ??

Attempted to order an extra burger once I paid at the window and I was the only person even there at the restaurant but they refused and claimed their manager wouldn't allow that. Very rude workers and wouldn't not recommend this location.
