I encountered a highly disappointing experience during my recent visit. Upon attempting to enter, I was met with an extremely rude staff member who completely ignored my presence. The posted sign clearly indicated that the establishment would be closing at 4 PM, yet it was only 3:10 PM at the time of my arrival. Additionally, I noticed that there was still a customer inside, which made the situation even more frustrating. I had hoped for a welcoming atmosphere, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a potential patron.

This is the best burger king around my area. The ladies are always so friendly, they say hi as soon as you walk in the doors. They are quick, and the food is always fresh and hot, and made accurately.

I ordered a shake off the app and they did not have it. The shake was $3.89 plus the 6% tax. She refused to give me my full refund back. And decided to argue with me and be rude.I finally got my full refund back.And she said the shake was only three dollars and eighty six cents and Showed her my receipt that I had paid for online and it was not.It was four dollars and twelve cents. She continued with her attitude until I left.

The lady at the drive thru was kind, but the food was sloppy, and just not good. I usually eat with my family in the dining room , but they close the dining room at 6pm. That's ridiculous. No wonder nobody wants to work there. Just a crappy location to eat at. Never again.
