It's a Culver's! One of my favorite fast food/fast casual restaurants, reliable everywhere you go for solid Americana: burgers, fries, chicken tenders and other items like pot roast and fish and chips.
The new cocoa concrete mixers are pretty mediocre, though.

I love Culver’s. I typically order the same thing.. burger deluxe (lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion) and never have an issue. However, today on 1/28/26 I ordered the same thing and was told tomato is an extra .50 cent charge… like.. since when?! And how is that incorporated in your “deluxe” then to be charged extra?? I will not be back to This location

Tried to order the “flavor of the day” that appeared on the screen and was immediately met with a shitty attitude from Alanna the shift lead on duty. The sighing into the mic and terrible attitude were definitely unnecessary when I was just trying to enjoy the snow day with my daughter. Even she asked what her deal was. Smh

The food isn’t bad and the service is pretty decent, but don’t count on them getting your order correct. The receipt had my exact order on there & how I wanted it, but apparently the employees aren’t sure how to read the order to prepare the food correctly. Normally, I can get over the small things missing, but with how expensive the food is here that’s not happening. I refuse to pay for over priced mediocre food that’s made incorrectly. Learn how to do your job.

I love Culver's, it became my fav burguer place. Compared to other chains, I think their quality is the best and on a good price range. Plus the restaurants I've been (in different locations) are always clean and the staff are very friendly.
Worse Culver’s I’ve ever been to. We ordered a Ruben. It had one bite of sauerkraut and no Thousand Islands dressing. Pretzel bits were overcooked. Usually Culver’s is great quality but not this one

Love Culver's food but the evening shift needs help, I was one of 7 cars parked waiting for food, they gave me my wife's concrete mixer first so of course I had to have it remade since it resembled milk by the time food came out. Nice staff though, very cheerful, they just need a leader on the evening shift. Food is made well and accurate. Update photo, just thought the onion resembling an earth worm across my burger with the caption on the box was worth sharing lol

Food was great. Didn't appreciate the gentleman that brought our food out saying a comment to my daughter about break a leg, when she was clearly on crutches with a brace after ACL surgery.
