The menu pricing is difficult to calculate because Culver's makes it confusing. A fish value basket with (cold) medium French fries and a medium drink totaled $13.15! That was expensive for a single fish sandwich lunch. I wonder if the price is less during a different time of the day. Other restaurants are using dynamic pricing as it's called. Last year the same meal was $2.00 less at Culvers.

Ordered Swiss cheese. Didnt get any cheese. Had to use my own cheese. And pay for the cheese I didn’t get :) I guess that’s my fault for not checking my order. It was just disappointing and frustrating after a long day of moving to take a break and get some food and the order not being right.. :/

Extremely bad drive thru experience. We placed our order at around 10 pm. It was just 3 ice creams. Should’ve taken about 5 minutes. We waited until 10:25 and then even asked a server to check in on our order, she said she would then we waited again for 10 minutes before my friend went in to ask about it. Shockingly nobody had even started our order even after we had waited for 40 minutes and asked a server twice about it. Wont return back to this location.

They have pretty good food. I used to eat their butter burgers 🍔 before I became a vegetarian. Although they don't really offer a lot of vegetarian options. They're shakes are good and pretty good fries. They are a bit on the pricey side. Compared to McDonald's and Taco 🌮 Bell. Although the atmosphere is okay not bad.

BEWAREE THEY DON'T CARE !!! I used to frequent this restaurant. But not any longer. Got 3 piece cod dinner and spent over $20 for it. Extremely soggy fish that couldn't be eaten and Cole slaw that made me sick. It was bad. ( Literally throwing up) I Called talked to manager and he was very busy but he was going to definitely call me back. Evidently they don't care about their customers. Nor about giving them food poisoning. So I will never return. The people working there are loud and and customer service has gone down tremendously

Did a drive through order tonight did not receive any fries with my order when riding a combo order. Asked for a diet root beer with light ice and received a drink with no ice not even half way full in the cup. Couldn’t catch the worker who brought everything out to us fast enough to come back and fix the items. I should t have to come inside to get items fixed. I don’t come to this location often but normally when I do it is good service and tonight it was not. It seemed as a customer it was a bother for them to do their job correctly. Will be second guessing on coming back for feature visits.
