Two days ago I ordered a Dunkalatte but was served a coconut caramel coffee (I’m allergic to coconut). When I told him what happened, I was asked for a receipt but they know they don’t even give receipts unless you ask. I took a picture of the sticker order on the coffee and showed him and he still said he can’t do anything about it.

UPDATE: upon checking previous posts from other customers, it appears there’s little to no average experiences. It’s either 1-2 star ratings, or friends trying to boost their ratings from customer reviews.

I really tried to give this Dunkin’ another chance since it’s my local location, but the service is consistently disappointing. I placed my order at the drive-thru today for a small toffee nut iced coffee with no cream, oat milk, and cold foam. The total was higher than usual, and when I received the drink, it was completely wrong — just an iced coffee with oat milk and cold foam.

When I went inside to explain the issue and show the price difference on my app, the staff seemed confused and did not offer a refund or adjustment. Instead, they simply poured something into another cup, which made the drink overly sweet and undrinkable.

This isn’t the first time my order has been incorrect, which is why I had stopped going for months. Unfortunately, today confirmed that this location is not improving. I’ll be taking my business to the Dunkin’ on Michigan Avenue in Canton from now on.

The doughnuts were cold. I remembered when they were fresh and warm. The did not put sheets with the doughnuts. It was just placed in the bag. Overall, the service was average.

The guy who works the counter is non,-people friendly. They need to put someone else up front. Then there's no cover for the donuts that had flies on them. I will never come back.

In general I have no idea why Dunkin' Donuts will not make a half caffeinated drink for me.

Every time that I go I have to buy two separate drinks and mix them together myself because they can't figure out how to make a half calf drink....

So I get charged for two separate drinks instead of just one

I have not had good customer service the last few visits just not a good experience was charged for something I didn't order he understood what I was asking but sold me what he wanted me to have i wanted large hash brown he said they don't have only 6 pieces then he said he have 9 pieces I said ok I want that when I got my food it had cheese and bacon on it I questioned it he said this the 9 piece I said no I did not ask for cheese and bacon I was in a hurry so didn't make a big fuss but was still disappointed paying for something I didn't ask for and he knew what I was talking about language barrier or not HE KNEW THATS NOT WHAT I WAS ORDERING I WAS UNDER IMPRESSION 9 HASH BROWNS PLAIN besides prices being high as hell for little servings I paid for something I didn't order lil over $16 hash browns refresher muffin and sandwich wow needless to say I will not go back there prior to going before this time they laughing and talking about me in their language how I know different ones kept looking at me as I was standing there even the cook i don't know what was funny or what they even said but it was about me doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out but it's cool I hope each and everyone one that works there be blessed even though I was done wrong

Employees doesn't understand English language that well, and they barely knows how to make the doughnuts. They just pour the glaze on top of the doughnuts instead of the whole doughnut like every other Dunkin Doughnuts!

Nice people but there are literally bugs on the frosted maple and glazed doughnuts…… I yelled that out loud and they guy didn’t care or even look…… we only got drinks and the clean looking doughnuts and left…..
