Today 12 of our senior retirement community residents enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Egan's Pub. The food was fantastic, but even more the service! I believe her name was Sheri and her patience and kindness were over the top. She singlehandedly served all of us warmly and graciously. I'd recommend Egans for a truly wonderful experience. Totally disagree with Brenda's review. It's my first time here and my left-handed, Virgo, Dragon critical observation is that this place is SO clean that you could do surgery on the floor but the bartop would make the procedure more comfortable. I love the warm, clean, soft lighting, non-modern atmosphere with good floor plan.

Customer Service was great however I paid 47 dollars for 3 corn beef sandwiches and fries it had more sauerkraut than corn beef not enough corn beef to even get the flavor so that would be a No for me I would not recommend this sandwich.

I went to this pub 4 years ago for food. We got the Philly steak sandwich. As I was enjoying the sandwich, a metal bolt popped out of the inside of the sandwich and fell into the plate. We were shocked in disbelief to find a bolt inside it. Called the waitress to inform her. We received an apology but didn't get a bill adjustment for it. I vowed not to return.Move forward to 2024, reluctantly met some friends there. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio but received a glass of red wine instead. Let the waitress know, and she brought me the Pinot. Nope, it was a Riesling. The waitress checked, but they didn't have a Pinot Grigio, just a random wine. I stuck to drinking water. So, never ever again will I be back.

I went there after work yesterday 12/29 with work people . Having a good time . We notice the waitress was waiting for us to cash out , so we asked her and we all cashed out and tipped very well . Then it was just the bartender SHELLY , with a shitty attitude , because I asked commented on my buddies pizza crust was very burnt . She said some pepole like it like that . Yeah okay they do he don't and was just being nice and ate it . she continued to be very rude and unprofessional, trying not to wait on us. Finally get her attention and ask for a shot and a beer and a water. If she goes to get it she's talking shit about what I ordered and about me to the waitress. That's now sitting there drinking. I've never experienced a bartender or server that rude for no good reason at that because I ordered drinks or commented on a pizza that was burnt. I wouldn't eat the pizza. I would've returned it and not even ordered another one. I will never go there again. I've never seen such unprofessional rudeness and disrespect in my life of course I told her I didn't want anything and we were getting ready to leave as the fat cook comes out being rude AF anD TELLING us leave unreal !!
