their service is very very very, very, very, very, very slow and the people that work there seem like they're not even on earth. very loud and by the side of the road with cars. One lady didn't get their order for 20 minutes and all she ordered was a Sunday. doesn't look very sanitary either. cleaned ice cream ills everywhere but I guess that's expected. Ice cream was good cone was stale. ice cream cone break easily.

I went here today and ordered a Turtle Sundae.First off the lady behind the glass tried charging me over $9.00, then she told the young lady who was an absolute sweetheart that the chocolate syrup was hot fudge and the caramel syrup was hot caramel, NOT.The pecans were stale.I’m assuming they were only filling in. But still, a fast run through would of been nice.
Well, I found it accidently, but the ice cream was hand packed and so creamy, yum yum.

We drove out from ypsi bc they were the closest ice cream shop open past 9pm. No frills ice cream shop on the lake. The owner was really friendly and the place was busy for 9:30pm. The Ice cream sundae was good. I believe they have hand scooped and soft serve. They have all the traditional options youd expect and some things the owner created as well. Hit the spot!

New owners not what it was. Chaotic menu with no toppings or ingredients listed. Overpriced. Took 10 minutes to get our order despite being the only customer. Ordered a cheesecake sundae and got a shortcake with no icecream. Brownie was delicious on our other sundae. Not somewhere id go for actual ice cream.

On 6-6-23 we decided to visit for the second time. There were two men serving. I ordered 2 scoops. My curiosity for the almond joy gave me one scoop and black cherry was the other. I'm sitting in the car watching as my friend was approaching the counter. The young man that was giving her the ice cream tipped over my cup and the ice cream hit the outside counter and he gave it to her KNOWING it tipped over. I didn't say anything but I watched the older man clean up the ice cream. I immediately threw it away. The question is would you have served that to someone you knew? I told my friend I'd drive her there whenever she'd like, but I'm done. That was so unsanitary, and being a nurse all I saw in my head was bacteria. I never send ANYTHING back because I don't want to take the chance of tampering. Friendly service, but not for me.
