I order an 8 piece meal they didn’t listen and gave me a 10 piece for $30. The girl at the window rolled her eyes and had an attitude. I’ll be eating at another kfc instead of this one. No wonder it was so dead.

The only decent thing about this kfc is the food. The atmosphere when you walk in is a hit or miss ethier clean or dirty. And if you want food it’ll take about 30 min to get it. Every time I come in not just a few times.

We were headed to a funeral and needed to eat something so me and my partner stopped at the KFC along the way. It was vwry clean, and the food was okay, but the service was just awful. 😖 when the girl behind the counter finally acknowledged us, she was too busy cleaning her nails with her teeth to hear us, so we had to.repeat ourselves a few times (only people in the restaurant btw) and she never once made eye contact, no hello, no thank you, no smile. To the girl.... If you hate people and your job that much, do something else. As a service worker you touch too many lives to be that negative and rude to everyone you encounter. To KFC... do better.

What a shitshow! I waited over 35 minutes for a 6 piece meal. I went with drive thru since I have been sick, ended up going inside after waiting for 30 minutes. I watched 6 cars pull in, people go in and come out with food while I sat in my car. No one apologized, thanked me for waiting for so long, offered me a drink while I waited, gave me extra food or a free dessert, money off my order, nothing! The manager put my order together and did nothing to satisfy me. The people who work there are unprofessional at best and care nothing about customer service. This location has been problematic before, I'll never be back again.

The food is usually pretty good. The wait time isn't to bad usually. The parking lot is never too full, and it's free. It looks much better after the remodel. The staff is kinda hit or miss. Although they are a tad pricey.
I wouldn't recommend I feel like I been here twice and both times stuff was messed up foods good but missing items and when u call u can't get threw cause there voice mail box is full spend about sixty bucks and my bucket of 16 tenders turned into wings and thighs and funny thing is I get tenders cause the kids and don't forget to mention I waited for 20 plus minutes for my order and got parked then waited patiently with no disgruntled for me to get home and look into the bucket and every peace of chicken wrong would not recommend if u want to spend alot of money
