Placed online and still waited 40 minutes inside after it saying it's ready, and once I got my food I had to point out my tenders missing and half my dipping sauce was missing. The nuggets aren't even nuggets they where tiny bits. If you order just stick with a sandwich and even then hope it's not just 2 strips put on a bun. Still gonna go here just not any time close to dinner. Ppl are nice tho

Crazy That Uber Even Sent Me Here After 10 But They Did. Get There All For The Employees To Say SOMEONE Picked It Up. SAD Cause I See Bags All On The Counter. IF Yall Go Eat The Food And Divide It Up Do It. Order 3 xtra crispy wings, asked and confirmed if that option (2 extra crispy wings) was available. Got to the window on only 2 crispy wings were available.... drive guy asked if I wanted hot sauce and honey - none was in the bag so I asked can I have the hot sauce and honey offered to me... the manger says they have no hot sauce-smh... oh then they forgot my drink. Not going back

My coleslaw, along with my mashed potatoes and gravy was less than halfway full. I didn’t get the meats that I ordered Online. I tried to call them over 15 times and they don’t answer their phone. This is really poor service. I wish that I could’ve gotten my order from a different KFC, but this is the closest one to my home.

Order online went it and it was ready get home and bite into start eating and large sides not even close to full took bite of chicken and noticed blood cant get the store to answer the phone called corporate they said contact the store but they don't answer called 29 times cause you got 2 dudes in there gossiping about a toxic woman this is not safe I feel sick my husband feels sick and cant even get an answer first and last time at this location I will never eat chicken any where unless I make it at home not worth the money If we end up sick from eating it DO NOT EAT HERE

I went today to pick up dinner and the staff working inside were friendly and courteous. Smiling faces, happy to help. They got me my food quickly. The staff seemed to get a long well. I love it. The only complaint...the owner should really invest in a new speaker system and headsets for the associates.Because it's very hard for them to hear me.And me to hear them.

I got two pot pies and a Pepsi one pot pie was fine the second was hollow no filling i called 3 times got sent to a full voicemail looked for contact info to send a email couldn’t find anything next I will be contacting corporate
