Waited a half hour in a 4 car line, 10 minutes at a silent menu board, then was told that they don’t serve small Mac and cheeses anymore? I have to pay for a large one? 430pm on 10/26. Very strange experience, probably not gonna be back for a while.

Went here today for my mom and son to get them food. Ordered the food through drive-thru, I asked if I can add a mac and cheese and extra fry for myself. My total went from $18 to $22 and some change ( not a problem). When I drove to the window I handed the young lady $25, she said I don’t know what’s wrong with the receipt paper, so I never ended up getting a receipt. She gave me my change back, then another girl came up and said, can you please pull around, which I did. Waited for 15 minutes, nothing… went inside and I heard a man say, I’m making the sandwiches now. I’m sorry what?!?! They gave me my order and proceeded to tell me the order was with only a side of fries for both and no additional sides. I know I ordered the side of mac and cheese, because the first young lady read the order back to me. That young lady who waited on me had left at this point. I couldn’t even show them because I never got a receipt. Terrible service. Please don’t waste your time, go somewhere else where they can get it right!

I thought i got lucky i was craving KFC, now i know why I was the only one in line ordered a 17, famous boul combo, food was fresh but it was half portion and Tropicana fruit punch flat no syrup they knew i wouldn't be happy because they didn't put the receipt in my bag

9/3/24 I went through drive through and order 5 pieces of chicken, drink & 2 sides meal for $18.95. They repeated back my order at least 3 times and had it right. I took it to my handicapped brother who later told me he got chicken tenders! Why was my order wrong when it was repeated back several times? $19 for chicken tenders is insane. The rest of the order was right, but way over priced for the wrong order. No other cars in line so it was not busy

Food was decent for the most part aside from the feathers on my drumstick. That's not exactly their issue but their distributor.
Plus side, we had our food in less than 5 minutes and it was all hot.

This place needs to be shut down. On several occasions/Everytime I go there is a problem with my order or theirs no chicken. Today I went and waited 1 hour 10 minutes for 2 wings and a leg with coleslaw. I got no apologies just people complaining about other staff members even the manager spoke on how his staff is having problems getting orders out like hes not the problem. Everyone that came to the counter, because at this point I had to go inside, complained about their position trying to find another job. I mean I'm all for venting but it's not the time nor place. Everyone in this store hates each other and they the sabotage each others order. Saw it with my own eyes. Fire everybody start over with some folks that like their job and know how to make chicken recipe because the chicken was not the right color, cooked too hard and didn't taste like KFC normally taste and I only have complaints with this KFC. I'll never go there again. It's not the same from when I first moved in the area. Horrible attitudes. The guy at the drivethru tried to get me to tell him what his coworker said to me and I knew he was trying to get her fired. People are not robots we feel. Shut it down.
