I personally had been in food service-customer service fields for over 25 years prior to becoming disabled, and the lack of support from upper management shows. These poor "younger" adults are scrambling.

Why does no one ever pick up the phone at this location like y'all are not that busy that y'all cannot answer the damn phone
Ordered pepperoni cheese bread but what I got was there Italian cheese bread with some pepperoni thrown on it and not too mention the cheese bread was severely under cooked to we’re it was raw dough under the cheese

It's decent pizza at a decent price. It's a 50-50 chance they'll mess up my custom pizzas, but they never hesitate to fix it or make it right.

The only problem is when a third party answers the phone to take order they try to upgrade what you ordered. I understand that, but when I tell you no you keep trying. I understand you have to read from a script but just like in anything else no means no.

Often feel sick after I eat here. Not sure, if it has to do with the Grease it seems to be on the greasy side. Sometimes it seems undercooked and the little dough
