I just heard that Lunch Box is reopening in Dearborn Heights! Yessssss!!! It’s opening on January 2nd, 2021 not sure if anyone will read this but the address of the new location is 4633 S. Telegraph Dearborn Heights 48125.

Admittedly we tried them for the 1st time during the pandemic - so food was to-go, and about a week before they were closing to I believe change buildings/locations, but still had a pretty awful experience. Fist, we thought we could step in to order to-go food. We were told at the door we would have to order over the phone from our car. Okay, pulled up there online menu & tried to place an order only to find that item after item was no longer being stocked. Literally, tried to order what we wanted, then a replacement, then another only to be told they were no longer carrying these items because they would be closing soon. Frankly, it seemed like they shouldn't be taking orders if half the menu wasn't available (and why wasn't that updated or mentioned on the website???). Once we did find food they were still making, it simply wasn't very good. The bread was too toasted, and very hard, the fries soggy. Maybe worth a 2nd chance when the world is back to normal....but I'm not sure about that.

I ordered my husband a wrap and fries. When he opened the box, there was a big fly on the food. I called to talk to the Manager about what transpired, and he was dismissive and didn't offer a credit or to make another meal. I am very disappointed in the service. I will NEVER order here again, and I DON'T recommend ANYONE to eat here. I understand things happen, but to be dismissed and disregarded is unacceptable. The end!

I had only eaten at Lunch Box a few times a few years back. Tonight I ordered their Barbeque Chicken Salad. I'm doing KETO, so I ordered the salad with the BBQ sauce on the side (to dip my fork in) and 2 sides of ranch. It was one of the most yummy salads I have ever eaten! The chicken/bacon and ranch were so flavorful and cooked/seasoned with a touch of someone who cares and not someone trying to crank out fast food!

This place is a joke! Ordered st 7p.m just got my food st 8:45. My food is very cold. The soup is even COLD!Ordered the mayo on the side and my burger is covered in mayo. Wont ever order from this place again.
Of all the years I’ve lived in Belleville I haven’t tried LunchBox until recently, just got my second order and it’s even better than the first if possible! Amazing onion rings that don’t get soggy when delivered and the Jersey Joe Sandwich is heaven; sourdough is grilled to perfection and the coleslaw brings every ingredient together! Will be ordering a lot more from here and visiting once we can!
