I ordered $70 in subs for my son’s birthday. He got halfway through his sandwich and found a piece of rolled up scotch tape inside. I took the rest of his sub back to the store along with the tape in a ziplock bag. I had to tell them I wanted a refund because they didn’t offer even an apology let alone a refund. They weren’t exactly rude about but they also didn’t act sorry at all actually seemed a little irritated that I had even brought it to their attention. Definitely overpriced for the low quality and lack of customer service.

The Philly cheese steak Pizza is phenomenal

Mgr of facility walked outside picked up and a cigar butt off the sidewalk and started smoking it while we waited for our pizza (people are known for spitting on the sidewalk). Then when we were leaving same mgr came outside and proceeded to play auto mechanic on a delivery driver's car. Pizza was just carryout pizza.

The past four times they have messed up my order. Two times being forgetting my bread. Then one time completely putting nothing on a sandwich I ordered. Then giving me a completely different sandwich than what I ordered

Ordered a pizza and a salad Monday December 8th. Pizza was delivered not the salad. I called the store and was told I could come pick it up. She was looking at it. If I had wanted to drive there I would have. The manager walked in during this conversation and took the phone. He stated he was unable to have it sent and that it would be refunded. 4 days later nothing. Received the email for feedback. Filled it out and have heard nothing from them.

Bought a Pepperoni and Sausage Pizzoli, however normally it's fully stuffed and lots of cheese. Now look at this damn bread stick. Sorry Google but this is just asinine, 4 pepperoni and 4 sausages hardly any cheese:

HIGHLY disappointed in what USED to be my favorite pizza place!!! First I call to ask if everything was ok, cause my order was out for delivery, but a door dash driver picked it up, and said it wouldnt be here for 30 mins. Talked to the Manager, he Informed me they were short staff l, I get that, but, they did just fire someone I know on their day off, for a reason they said "he just wasn't getting it" after only working there 4 days . Also, I get my food, it was still warm, thank goodness.... But, of course, my crust was DRY AS EVER. I put add garlic sauce crust, butter crust and Parm crust on my order, NOTHING is on my crust. Called them back, and got a $1.50 refund 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ cool, they lost my business... Sucks cause I really loved their pizza, but, that was a SMACK in the face to me 😢
