Was left sit in the drive thru lane while they helped every vehicle in the opposite lane repeatedly, i even told the cars behind me to go to other lane and of course they got served, never got my order taken and the manager Sarah said well it was probably a dead headset. Well sarah u less they ran out to buy one theres no reason a customer should sit that long. Garbage service obviously led by poor management and no concern for the customers who keep this place open so they have a job.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Old could fries when we specifically asked for the fresh fresh. Sandwiches were loaded with salt/pepper. Needless to say we had to throw all of our food away. Only thing good about the experience was the lady at the register and our drinks. We will never ever return to this location again.

Who reviews a Mc Donald’s? For the past 20 years it’s just been a last resort quick pit stop for food. I live downriver and the quality of the franchises there has been terrible. So much so I try to avoid Mc Donald’s as much as possible. However I stopped at this location a few weeks ago and the food was fresh and tasty. Not quite like the Mc Donald’s of the 90’s that I loved but pretty dang close. The fries were perfectly cooked. Not overdone nor over salted. Like someone said in another comment they must regularly change the fryer oil because the fries were great!!
I was so impressed that I have been craving them for weeks. I figured it was a fluke. No way is it going to be great twice in a row. I was wrong. I’m sitting here now completely satisfied with my order and how it was prepared. Now I can’t speak to the level of service because I ordered on the app and just waited until they called my number. No real interaction with anybody. But whoever is managing that kitchen is doing it right and the staff is following the lead. It appears that there is a good team effort going on here. I look forward to my third visit.
For the record I probably drive past at least a dozen Mc Donald’s locations to come to this one. But this one will be my go to location when I have the craving for some “good” Mc Donald’s.

Went through the double laned drive through and after being told to hold they took two cars that came on after me. I wondered if they forgot they told me to hold so I said hello, I was again told to hold so I questioned why they had taken the other cars on front of me and was rudely told yeah that she was “dealing with something “ so I left and went somewhere else so I didn’t burden them with my order.

I personally loved this place but in recent times this branch lost its charm. May be new employees were hired here. They dont give everything you order for . Example : you order for burger with mayo - forget about mayo , you will only get burger. I am not sure even if my review will ve considered or not, but am trying to help people out there not to consider this place and instead find an alternative.
Beyond disappointed with these ladies. We have been waiting for over 20+ minutes people on the outside drive through have been taken care of one after another while the other side have been stuck, and then not only that, didn’t put down the Sunday and the sauces we requested, told them and they were gonna have us go back alllll the around, and to place the order again, when the manager comes she interrupts my mom as she’s trying speak, rudely goes “so has everyone else” as a manager, you don’t speak to customers like that ever, let alone interrupts them. This has officially ruined all everything, we will never come back, my brother who lives somwhere else, order food and manage to get his food delivered way before we even got our food and that’s saying something. Trained this employees to do better. I don’t even get straws when I order from here and I don’t say a thing but this is ridiculous. I understand it’s busy but so is every other places and we don’t even get attitudes like that like the ladies we got gave us. Shame on them. “We have 2 people taking orders” my ass.

So got a $5 meal deal..for my hub..he loved it..except they forgot the Buffalo sauce..so when I asked for it..she looked at me so weird...needed ketchup..another weird look..not sure what's up!! I got the McCrispy spicy chicken deluxe sammy..nothing delux about it..was awful burnt bun..tasted bitter..fillet nothing to write home about..best thing on it was the tomatoes n lettuce..spicy sauce was yuck..just getting tired of Mcd..went to this one coz the other 2 near my home were out of tomatoes..also the service is so unfriendly n unfair..it's altogether a terrible experience..will have to look elsewhere..

I was missing items and the phones are off (they just beep like it’s not even hooked up right now or something) and since there isn’t a clear way to report missing items anymore, at least not one that I can find, I have had to reorder the items. What a waste of my points.
