Food was old couldn’t eat the fries

Me and my kids (my son 17 my daughter 8) went to the drive thru. I stated that I had two orders. A young girl asked for the first order and would I be using the mobile app, I replied no. I placed my first order, then said after completing it that I was going to begin the second order which would be using the mobile app.. while my son was placing his order I noticed that things were still being added to the first order. So I politely stated that she was adding things to the first order. The manager ALEX then comes on the intercom very irate and says “why when she asked you if that completed you order didn’t you say anything” I responded that I did. He then goes “whatever finish your order …” then very low says “Dumb b***h” I then asked him “like whoa did you call me a dumb b***h?!” He proceeds to ask me to finish my order. See what Alex didn’t know is that my son use to work there, so we knew exactly who he was. I stay in the long line just to pull up to the front and request to speak with him. All of the young employees where just floating around in shock and acting completely confused when I came to the window… all while he hid behind the pop machine (which wasn’t a good hiding spot because I still saw him) he didn’t come out from hiding until I announced that I could see him. He then went to explaining how his employee asked me if my order was done .. but at that time like I told him .. I didn’t care about the order mishap. I wanted to know why he felt it was okay to disrespect me and call me a name, when I was not rude or confrontational with my younger daughter in the car.. I also wanted to know what kind of example he thought he was setting for his staff .. I demanded an apology which he gave .. sitting there looking scared… this McDonald’s needs new management!! How can you lead and manage a team where you lack integrity and respect yourself.. ALEX needs a new job, he no longer can handle the pressure of long lines and Order mishaps. I was completely disappointed as my daughter and son have never heard anyone disrespect their mother like that, let alone at a fast food restaurant. Ronald McDonald would never!

This place is ridiculous. Idk if it's the night staff that don't know how to manage a fast food restaurant or what, because any other time I've come earlier in the day, everyone is awesome.We put a curbside order to pickup through the McDonald's app. We ran an errand real quick and then went to pick up our food. When we tried pulling up the order on the app, the app had refreshed and no longer showed our pending order. It was acting like it was already picked up by someone else, but it also showed that we were charged for the food.So when we get to the restaurant, we go inside to pick up that way. We stood in front of the registers for a good 15 min. During that time, 2 other guys had come in to order and eventually walked out because of the lack of service. There were also a couple different employees that had seen us and made eye contact with us, yet still ignored us. The managers were definitely avoiding looking our way because they wanted to act like we weren't there. One of the team "leaders" walked right past us 3 times (once to change a garbage bag in the dining room??) And still pretended not to see us. I even said "excuse me, can I get some help over here?" Nothing. So we left and won't be back to this location again. Still trying to figure out how tf to request a refund on the app.

Food is generally good, everything is clean and looks nice, but I don't recommend using the mobile app for curbside ordering. I've had issues with this a few different times, but today they lost my order and came to my car to ask what I ordered twice. Now that I have my food after about a 15 minute wait, most of the ice in the drink is melted and the food is lukewarm. Usually my go to place, will probably not be the curbside feature anymore.

Had issues with order. Ordered a large ice mocha coffee received a medium hot mocha coffee. Ordered my McChicken with no lettuce and adding cheese to it, and it had lettuce on it. I ended up telling the young lady just give me the hot coffee cuz I did not have time to wait for my coffee to be made again. Other than that the lady at the drive-thru was amazing. Just in the future, I'm going to go in and order my food instead of using the mobile app, that they can't seem to follow.

I was having problems with the app. I when I went in the manager came up and seemed angry with me for coming in to her store. She used an angry tone of voice with me me ,cut me off. I showed her my phone to show her the problem and my order. She said rather sharply "I'm not going to read your phone". I asked her why not and she walked away.

When you ask for "cook to order " that means they will cook your food as you wait...this is not always the dam case...check your French fries before leaving the window....

So I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now. It’s very hit or miss on whether your order is right or not. I’ve had days where they’ve given me the correct order, and days where they’ve gotten it wrong THREE times in ONE day. Anyways, it’s McDonald’s and it’s better than the one on Belleville Rd.However on 02/04/2024 half my order was incorrect. I always order NO salt fries because they always put too much. I kid you not, this time they did EXTRA salt instead of no salt. They fixed it, however, they took the wrong order of fries back behind the counter, which is a health code violation. I’ve worked plenty of food service and everywhere has a STRICT policy on not taking food back behind the counter. I don’t know who’s teaching/training these employees, but do better.

I mean it’s a McDonalds, but this one has always been super consistent, food always comes out hot and is honestly the best McDonalds in the tri state area.
