First i placed a pre order for 11:45 when i walked in i was greeted with a disgusted look on the managers face. Then was told we was wondering if you was going to pick your order up. I walked in at 11:47 am. Mind you i didnt think nothing of it bc the managers disgusted look threw me off. I am sorry i didn't come work for your establishment but i will also not support the establishment ever again after this experience. Got back to work to find that my food was old like it was made when i placed it and not for the time i pre ordered it for. SO THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN BECUSE I WILL NEVER RETURN!! which is sad because i have been going here since i was 5 years old. 31 years!!! Hopefully y'all get this together. Have a blessed day!

This was absolutely the nicest place we've been to the atmosphere was amazing and the staff was wonderful, the food was delicious so filling this was our first time being here we will be coming back for sure.

Came in on a Friday. Open, exposed food on counter near phones, employees were reaching over food to get to phones, can only imagine what other food temps were held at. Watched fry cook grab all cooked fries with bare hands and throw them back in fryer to be warmed I guess, not cooked fresh there apparently? And fry cook grabbed head, and hair, then returned back to work. Kitchen was a hot mess, very undesirable and not well kept at all. Fish was over cooked, and very greasy, and clearly my fries were not fresh. Need improvement ASAP. Wouldn't refer a dog to eat there with the things I witness. Surprised I'm not sick.

The old lady who answers the phone is a liar I ordered my pizza for 6 30 I get a text at 5:50 that my order is ready I called she was yelling at my wife i could her it and I wasn't on the phone she said she didn't even have my order told me to call slice I called slice they said order was ready so I had them cancel I will never come to that circle jerk of a place and that old chick needs to chill and I MEAN IT......

They need to change the person who answers for pickup orders. This is my family’s favorite place for over 20 years and the food is absolutely phenomenal. One of my relatives told me he won’t even eat here anymore because the person who answers the phone infuriates him and he doesn’t want to respond accordingly because he ultimately handles the food.
Visiting from out of state, I didn’t think much of it, until I experienced it multiple times. I thought maybe it was a bad day for him the first time and tried to show kindness, but I’m consistently met with snarky, rude comments while placing an order. It’s almost like he goes out of his way to say extra things to make ordering worse, instead of a smooth, seamless experience.

It’s your local mom and pop bar/pizzeria ….Me and my wife love coming here to eat there amazing cheese bread and deep dish pepperoni pizza….it truly is the best cheese bread.
The first time I ordered the pizza I got it delivered. The pizza was awesome. Best pizza I’ve tasted in a while. Plus The delivery was fast and all the ingredients tasted fresh. I hoped I found my new favorite pizza spot cause I’m new to the area. But The second time I ordered I made a mistake with my order and I tried calling to correct it. The person answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. when the pizza arrived , the food did not taste fresh. It tasted like water and It was soaking wet! and It didn’t smell right I am very disappointed because I spent a lot of money on a pizza. Not sure if I will order again maybe I have to order on a certain day 🫤.

Their were gnats all over our table - first booth on the right. They were all over. Drinks were made wrong, service was slow, ppl were vaping thc indoors, the receipt was illegible so I have no idea what they charged me. There were over-served patrons stumbling around & being loud. On top of that my truck mirror was smashed in the parking lot. It was mess from start to finish. Oh yeah & the delivery driver was drinking alcohol & reeked of weed.
I know several ppl who swear by the food & the atmosphere. Maybe a really off day but that doesn't explain the fruit fly infestation.
Kid-friendliness: No good parent would take kids there.
