very rude. came on easter sunday and wasn't even greeted. Not a Hi not a Goodmorning , not an introduction nothing. just a cold "what's for your drinks?!" Our servers name was Nichole btw. She then comes back and aggressively placed our plates on the table and walked away. Not sure why she was so mean to us. This is not a friendly establishment but the food was good so 2 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would everytime I order there they forget something I worked for the original owner for years grew up with his daughter and when he owned it this didn’t happen Sam and Joe really need to get it together used to be a great restaurant I taking lot was always full now it’s always empty that tells you something the little girl on the phone thinks sorry is enough it’s not never will be but that’s ok I’m gonnna write bad reviews all over the place including the independent stop hiring idiots

Hidden gem. Double cheeseburger was on point.We also had fish-and-chips. And the tartar sauce was the best I've ever had.
Went there for lunch on a Saturday. Had to wait to be acknowledged. Owner chatting at counter finally noticed. Motioned for someone in back to come to our table. Received drinks, but once again, waiting for our server. Once they did come to take our order, we noticed she was the same person that passed our table a few times previously. The server was not personable. Once we received our food, the server placed our bill on the table with our food and never asked if we needed anything else. She never came back to our table, except to remove our plates. Once again, never asked if we wanted refill on our drinks, or dessert or anything else. Food was average. Was our first time there and last time. Very odd vibe in that place.

Ordered chicken lemon rice soup and a grilled chicken wrap. Waited for a long while, I'd say about 10-15 minutes and the waitress brought my soup out. Then about 5 or so minutes later, brought the food out. I could understand if the place was packed but there was only about 5 or 6 others there. The soup was hot and tasted alright. Same for the wrap and fries, just average.My wife ordered the cheeseburger. She said it was alright as well. Nothing great, but still decent.My son ordered the kids Mac and cheese, which he only ate about half of. This does surprise me because like most other kids, he loves Mac and cheese. I took a bite and saw why. It was bland.I can't say that we will be returning but if you were ever deciding on trying Sam's, give it a shot. You might have a better experience.

I like it only cause its my Moms go to place most older customers all know her. They serve alcohol now if ya didnt know. Miss the specials and soups aren't the same had fish used to be my favorite just didn't seem the same and we've been going here almost 50 years girl short changed us and other waitress was a little rude over me correcting her Math... Always loved the mini breakfast special cheap but Good

So, I placed an order by phone. I arrived and the employee proceed my invoice, but it was incorrect. I questioned it and she told me I was wrong. I once again attempted to correct her, and she was "short" with me. So, I stated I would pay. She outlined my bill and there was an additional item, which I never requested. She then took my meal to the kitchen and removed the item. My invoice was correct!. I returned home and I am missing my toss salad, and dressing. My dinner role was hard as a brick, similar to a baseball!!. I called the following morning, spoke with an employee who noted there was issues with this employee!. She took my name and explained the owner "SAM" would be in that afternoon. At the same time of this event there was an employee from the kitchen in the lobby "playing" the games in the entrance of the restaurant!!!!!. Owner never called, no apology, and missing dinner items were never provided, SAD!, maybe change the name from Sam's to "SAD"...
