So we went to order from here and we clicked on the app for the bogo foot long deal and it said it was a participating location. The order went through. Never got an email confirmation just the app confirmation. Called the store to make sure they got the order and the person who identified themselves as the store manager said “we don’t participate in that offer” when all I asked was if they got my order and hadn’t even mentioned that I used a promotion. Which means that they did receive the order they just canceled it when they got it at the store. They told me and I quote here “call the app and have them take care of it I don’t have time to help you” don’t go to this location and if you don’t order online cause your money will be tied up waiting for the pending charge to fall off or a dispute which ever comes first.

I called for a friend to see if they were hiring and a lady that answered the phone hung up on me. My friend also called and asked and she hung up on him.
If you're not hiring or don't know, the least you can do is be polite and give a verbal response instead of hanging up.

Worst experience ever at this location. No common sense and incompetent employees. We paid for 2 footlongs and 2 cokes. Employee runs out after us telling us we didn't pay. This is after all 3 people working couldn't complete one task, walking away from a task, ignored customer before us asking for the last item to complete their order, which was sitting on the white cutting board ready for them. Each of the 3 employees asked us at different times if we were together, we confirmed it each time. All three of them were standing close enough to each other to hear the answers.When we went back in, they pulled up the receipt and read that we paid. The person that took the payment didn't confirm anything to any other employees nor us about the payment.We fully support training new employees, and completely understand lunch rush craziness. There's no excuse for the lack of attention to a completing a task, ignoring customers and each other. I feel bad for the owners as this location has always had good customer service, attention to details and competence.

Literally the best subway I’ve been too!!! I usually shy away from most restaurants on eawsonville rd but this subway surpassed my expectation!!! Not only was the food right and on time but we had cute notes on our sub wrappers!!! Made my night after a long day !!! Thank you team for being amazing!!!!

I ordered online, and I got a call a few minutes later to let me know that didn't have an ingredient I wanted. They substituted it for me. Normally if a restaurant didn't have something when your order online they won't let you know. They will just make your food with out that thing. It was really nice and helpful that they let me know they were out of an ingredient. They also made my food fast, and delicious.

The manager sat there(women with short brown hair) and did nothing while the worker who was on his first day struggled and needed help the entire time I was in there for 35 minutes just for one sub because she wouldn’t help or tell him how to make the sun then she argued with me while she was in the wrong id rather drive to canton for my food this was the worse food experience I’ve ever had I wouldn’t go there if they were giving away free meals !!!!!!!!! Unprofessional and horrible customer service I feel bad for the employees who have to work under such terrible management. I’m definitely reporting them to a higher management

Rude! Lady is rude! Was digging in her shirt upon walking in. I tried calling when ordering on my app to get sandwich toasted they didn’t answer 3x. Then lied and said the phones weren’t working. I called while in there and the phone began to ring. Unprofessional establishment. I asked if my sandwich could be toasted as i can’t eat cold processed meat and they pretended as if it was a hassle. Put my whole sandwich in the toaster warmed up my veggies and all. Sandwich was horrible will not be returning . A waste of 10 dollars!!!

Just avoid this place, you don't get what you pay for if you order online and use any of the deals Subway offers, especially if you order one of their more expensive subs. I get it, they might not make much when Subway offers buy one get one free or buy one get one half off, but hey that is the business they are in and each franchise has the option to opt in or out of those deals.I have on multiple occasions ordered online, using one of deals, ordering with double meat and they don't put it on the sub, even looks like they don't put on a full portion unless you order the meatball sub, its hard to skimp on that one since you can easily see if they put the correct amount of meat on it.The only way you should order online is if you do it and walk in right away while they're making the sub so you can watch and say something if they try to short you. Plus I think the newer employees, or I think they are the owners, like to talk about the customers as I hear them talking in Hindi to each other and the body language I observe gives me the vibe that they aren't pleased, then they will speak English to the customers.Not really a fan of Subway in general, the only savings grace they had was the deals and the fact that this location it just down the street from me, but after this last visit, I'm just done with them, I'll just go across the street to one of the other food establishments or 7/11 if I want a quick bit.

Was the worst sub ever from there even my soninlaw ordered there the day before and his wasn't the greatest either and he ordered 4 subs , my sub the wheat bun was so hard you couldn't even bite into it so i just ate the chicken and vegetables, we will never go back there again ...
