This has been the best Taco Bell within 30 minutes for years. The only one I’ll go to. That might change, the last month or so y’all just slippin slippin slippin. Today I ordered all of 3 items. I’m missing all 4 sauces I ordered, nuggets cold, fries cold, dude at the window said he put my avocado sauce in the bag. That was a lie. It was a mobile order so absolutely NOTHING should have been cold. No excuse period. DO BETTER!

Ordered 4 tacos, a chalupa, and loaded steak fries. Almost $35 dollars later this was the load steak and jalapeño fries! Wow

DRIVE THRU CUSTOMER WAS NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT ASKED FOR A RECEIPT WAS TOLD COULD NOT BE REPRINTED. I ADDED UP ON MY CALCULATOR WHAT I WAS CHARGED. I WAS OVERCHARGED STILL SITTING IN DRU THRU I WAS REFUSED MY MONEY RETURNED THAT I WAS OVERCHARGED. THE STORE MANAGER ON DUTY HELPED ME THE ENTIRE TIME AND ROBBED ME IN THE PROCESS. A POLICE REPORT WAS MADE AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL, APOLOGY OR MY MONEY!! YOUR MANAGER VOLATED ME AND TACO BELL POLICY. I BELIEVE YOU'RE EVEN SUPPOSE TO HAVE A LABEL ON YOUR DRIVE THRU WINDOW THAT STATES IF YOU'RE NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT TO CALL THIS NUMBER. THESE LABELS CAN BE ORDERED FROM YBFS. It says open until midnight... Pulled into the drive thru at 11:05 p.m. and the guy on the intercom quickly said they were closed. Ive reported it to corporate. Im sure their staff is breaking the rules. 🙄

I have been going to Taco Bell all my life and The food was not to my liking the food was a joke you usually get a lot of meat and this time I couldn’t even tell the difference between the tortilla and the meat it was just straight tortilla I was not happy about this and when we asked them to change the flavoring for the sprite because the sprite had no flavor to it the lady laughed at my face and walked away I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell!!!! I am so disappointed with the workers!!!

I wanted taco bell, and I got my food and I was immediately upset. My food was cold, the food wasn’t filling at all, we paid $60 for a lot of food and we got the food and it was like we didn’t pay the $60 for the food. It’s like the truck didn’t come and they were stretching it out to last. They were also out of drinks, we asked an employee to check the boxes and she said they were all out and started giggling as she told up. I was very upset with this, and WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!

Today we went to have a late dinner the food was a joke usually my proportions are filling this time I couldn’t even tell the difference between the tortilla and meat because it was all tortilla no meat 60 dollars for a bunch of food and not even full none of my family is full and to top it all off all there fountain drink machines had no syrup once again!!! I am so disappointed for something so easy to make and these easy recipes couldn’t even be fulfilled.
