If I could give it a zero I would. Sunday they forgot part of my order, happenes... There phone went right to voicemail so I went in next day to get what they missed in my order. Rudest manager I've ever met. Wouldn't let me talk without interrupting me. He wouldn't even give me his name and screamed at me when I told him to stop interrupting me. Wouldn't make food they forgot or refund me. So much more to say but not enough space. But the cook should be the manager since she wanted to make me what they missed and he told her not to. He should be fired on how he treats customers. Don't know his name but have a picture.

Compared to the Belleville rd. store , it's like heaven. These people are sharp , professional and efficient. Please, Do not go to the Belleville road Taco Bell , they Only service, online orders, and they let their customers sit in the lobby and the drive through.It's just terrible.

If you cant keep your doors open during the day then yall need to shut the hell down. Everytime we come there the lobby is closed if you cant find workers then really close the place down!!!!

saw someone talk about night shift. and it’s true, the night shift are extremely rude, and made our orders completely wrong and barely filled our burritos etc. we were yelled at by an old man working the drive through, saying he almost voided our order just because we had a large order. no manners, no decorum from the two old people working there at night. need to be fired and talked to.

I don't typically write reviews, but my wife and I came here tonight and the service was horrible. Whoever was taking orders on the drive-thru tonight had an attitude, was extremely rude and grossly unprofessional. My wife and I don't like the Belleville Rd location at night, but both of us wish we had gone there instead tonight. We go here quite often and have never had such poor service.

This location seems to be getting better. Sometimes the lobby is closed when they are under-staffed. Food portions seemed to have gone down. Expect to wait in line a good 30 minutes if you don't order ahead and pick up inside.

Boy that looked like he had a dirty mop for the men’s bathroom on his head was so rude and acted like he did not know how to say anything when I said thanks and when I drove back up there to get the items I payed for he acts like he did not know what I was saying placed a Mobil order they said they couldn’t find it so I had to drive back around over all would not pay money to eat at this place couldn’t even pay me to eat here GET BETTER WORKERS OR MANAGEMENT OH WAIT BEEN THROUGH HOW MANY.
