Whoever made my burritos just now needs a raise . I choose this Taco Bell over the Belleville rd one ANY DAY. Every time I get my food it’s packed with ingredients and the customer service is respectful and quick. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones out of the bunch

Maybe I’m just lucky but this has been the best Taco Bell in the area for me. Staff is always friendly at the drive thru window, food is always right, and I don’t usually have to wait long at all.

My brother bought my family food through the app. So when they get the order, it should be straight forward right? Just read the screen? Absolutely nothing about our order was correct. He spent over $150 dollars and got like 50 tacos or something (a lot) and I think like maybe 3 were correct. Over half the order was completely different tacos than we requested and there was like 6 tacos that aren’t even on the menu (completely random things put together). He got box meals that should come with pop and paid for such, and they wouldn’t give us pop. So he paid for it and didn’t get it, so my dad bought 8 large pops with his money (they basically, whether intentional or not, double dipped). Half the tacos also were made very messy (like a hard taco shell broken, 3 pieces of lettuce, and some with strands of cheese, and so on). Also when the food was picked up, there was only one person ahead of us. I have no idea how they messed up this bad. I don’t want to bash anyone in particular because I have no idea how their environment was or if they had a bad day or anything, but management definitely needs to take responsibility and re-teach their employees or something.

Do not like the self service ordering. It totally disconnected the employees from their customers. The cinnamon donut are way over priced for only getting two for $3. I don't plan on coming

I never seem to get everything I ordered. If you order through a delivery service my advise would be order extra food because they are going to forget something. I just had an order short 4 soft tacos! How do you just forget 4 soft tacos.

It’s not as bad as the one on Belleville road.. but that’s not saying much. Both locations never get an order right, chalupa shells are old and not fried to order, food lazily tossed in the bag and wrapped improperly so it spills everywhere, refuses to redo your order when it’s wrong or let you see a manager, often closes early by blocking the drive thru with chairs and cancelling placed online orders. Both of these locations need to be closed so the employees can be either replaced or retrained. Avoid Taco Bell in Belleville unless you like wasting money and getting extremely irritated.
