They always clean the espresso machine before 7:00. I’m on my way to work midnight shift and get coffee on my way to work and can’t get espresso because they clean the machines early. 😞

This location is very hit or miss on service. I can’t say it’s my favorite Tim Horton. But today the lady working from the drive through was so kind and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she was a younger black lady. Thank you for such wonderful service. I just left the drive thru so hopefully this review can give credit where it’s due. I really wish I had got her name.
If I can give a 0 I would. Absolutely horrible service especially from the manger herself. They had us waiting on a drink that was sitting right there by the counter and all we got was have a day and shut the window. Every time we come here which isn’t often, they have negative attitude towards the customer. Do not go to this location unless you want to wait 10 minutes and get attitude back.

Usually the service is excellent at this location, but today they were so busy that it seemed like they were more concerned to get the line moving over the quality of the food. We ordered 2 sausage muffin breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns, along with 2 specialty coffees. We got bacon instead of sausage and the muffins weren't even toasted, the eggs were luke warm. The hasbrowns weren't crisp because they weren't baked long enough and cold on the inside. At least the coffee was good. Very disappointed 😔
