The guy acknowledged customers when he was finished with his conversation with a friend. Cost is overpriced compared to other Tim Hortons. I had to go in to make sure the ice capp was made how an ice capp should be made because every time I go through drive-thru it is way too dark. The guy said it is dark because it depends on fresh coffee or not 🤔 ( incorrect just needs more creamer). He still made it dark I asked him if he could fix it and you could tell he was frustrated. The only reason I have gone to this one is because they stay open later but really it has just been a waste of money. Small drive-thru lines for a reason. I have images of what an ice capp should look like and how they make theirs.

Prior to ordering I confirmed my cold brew would be included for the meal price. At the window the total was $4 more.
They are not corporate so they cannot guarantee price is what I was told. When asked if the drive through menu pricing is accurate the employees response was “Kinda not really”

Great friendly staff, never a line, easy in and easy out for a Timmys. On the higher end for prices compared to others which I didn't realize was a thing until I came to this location. You'll pay a few bucks less at the one in downtown Belleville for a double double and box of Tim bits, but the staff here is nice and it's conveniently close to the freeway so I'll pay the upcharge.

Fast ,friendly, love this location. I drive 20 minutes out my way everyday to get the goooodsssss.....
I usually enjoy my food and coffee from this location but lately it's been bad. I received the wrong order the last time I ordered. I still ordered and this time the coffee was way to strong and not my normal blend. Same coffee forever until now. I won't order delivery anymore. I'll stick to my normal store. Belleville do better please.
