Second time this week I ordered coffee with 2 cream and got no cream twice I had to throw away my coffee that I paid for then I tried to call and either noone answers the phone or the gas station answered and hung up on me

I usually go here every morning before work. I don’t get anything in my coffee besides 4 cream. So at this point I know exactly what it should look like. Paying almost 8 $ for your coffee to not even b correct EVER.

I recently visited this location and was disappointed to find that no items were in stock. Furthermore, the young male staff member was extremely rude and made an obscene gesture as I was departing. If the owner is monitoring reviews, I strongly suggest taking immediate action to address the behavior of your staff. Repeated incidents of this nature can lead to significant loss of business and potentially even closure, as has been the case with several other businesses in this area. It is essential to recognize that negative experiences can spread quickly through social media and local networks, ultimately harming your business. The guy acknowledged customers when he was finished with his conversation with a friend. Cost is overpriced compared to other Tim Hortons. I had to go in to make sure the ice capp was made how an ice capp should be made because every time I go through drive-thru it is way too dark. The guy said it is dark because it depends on fresh coffee or not šŸ¤” ( incorrect just needs more creamer). He still made it dark I asked him if he could fix it and you could tell he was frustrated. The only reason I have gone to this one is because they stay open later but really it has just been a waste of money. Small drive-thru lines for a reason. I have images of what an ice capp should look like and how they make theirs.
