Honestly, this is the worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to. Every single experience here is subpar. Orders are wrong more often than not, and when you ask for them to be corrected, the employees respond with rudeness as if fixing their mistake is an inconvenience.
Judging by other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated issue. At this point, I question how long this store will continue operating before attracting legal or regulatory action. A health code inspection feels overdue, as I wouldn’t be surprised if serious violations were uncovered.
Is the problem with individual employees? Possibly. The manager? Possibly. But ultimately, this falls on the District Manager—if they’re willing to let a unit run with such poor efficiency, their own role as a DM should be questioned.

I don’t mind waiting and I don’t mind if mishaps happen I don’t mind that my order didn’t go through and I had to cancel what I do mind is my order never went thru and they didn’t tell us had the door locked at 9:00 after telling you to come in at the drive through which they only took one order made it and gave it out before dealing with anybody els so it was a long wait for the food and a long wait just to get inside why would you tell someone to come inside then make them wait outside and ten minutes to unlock a door and say it never went through

On the 16th of August, between 10pm-10:15 pm, at the rawsonville road location, I put my order in and as I pulled up to the window to play for my order, my baby daughter, said dad I forgot the Frosty, so as I was giving the lady at the window my money, I ask her to add a Frosty to my order please, and she told me no we don't add nothing to the order at the window and close the window before I could say anything, Very unprofessional and bad customer service, and in the business I'm in, it's always the customer 1st, if the owner of Wendy's is not reading these reviews or not taking customer reviews seriously, and train his staff with better customer service to satisfy the customer, people will stop going to the rawsonville road location, they are really bad. I have looked at other reviews that customers have put in at this location, and I know for a fact nothing has been done to change the customer service at this location, because it's about money and not customer service at this location.

Food is normally ok but summer brings a lot of bugs but the drinks either from the ice or the drink nozzle it's self is giving an after taste of bug spray I believe it's the ice because the taste doesn't show up till the end or if you let the ice melt

Pulled up around 11pm and the lady at the drive thru listed everything they DIDN'T HAVE . It wasn't even funny. She said meat, chicken, fries I just pulled off. Very laughable. Do better Wendy's

Ordered a meal for lunch, food was decent. Ordered a Cajun Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich to save for later. I heat it up, take two bites, and something tasted off. Upon further inspection, it came to my attention that there was parchment paper or some kind of culinary paper still attached to the pepper jack cheese slice that comes on the sandwich. I took photos; you can see the fibers of the paper in the location where I bit into it.
That, and forgotten dipping sauces, again. This is not the first issue I have had at this Wendy’s but I wanted to give them another chance. Never again! Waste of money!
