Pulled up around 11pm and the lady at the drive thru listed everything they DIDN'T HAVE . It wasn't even funny. She said meat, chicken, fries I just pulled off. Very laughable. Do better Wendy's

Ordered a meal for lunch, food was decent. Ordered a Cajun Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich to save for later. I heat it up, take two bites, and something tasted off. Upon further inspection, it came to my attention that there was parchment paper or some kind of culinary paper still attached to the pepper jack cheese slice that comes on the sandwich. I took photos; you can see the fibers of the paper in the location where I bit into it.
That, and forgotten dipping sauces, again. This is not the first issue I have had at this Wendy’s but I wanted to give them another chance. Never again! Waste of money!

Going through the drive through girl comes on then she cuts off we was back there waiting to order it was about 9 pm on Thursday April 3 rd anyway get up there and a man comes to the window rude as shit saying stuff like we don’t take orders at the window well sorry sir I will not drive back around to place my order then he proceeded to say please get them outta here and when I asked for the corporate number little snotty girl says it on the receipt and just so u know it’s not a corporate store still point is yall rude and if u unhappy with ur job get a new one period

Stopped for dinner, and there's two of us, so we wanted two separate orders in drive thru as we do all over the US. this location, we got a lazy employee who stated they can only take one order per car. That's cool, your competitors will get out money instead. Won't ever visit this location again. Arrogant...

Everyone who works the night shift here is special, because every time I go, without fail, something goes wrong. The only reason I went was because they were the only place that had salads, and they were free with points. On March 11, during my night shift around 10 p.m., I received no drink, the wrong salad, no sauces, and no add-ons that I had paid for. It was terrible. You all need to be audited. DO BETTER

Placed an online mobile order on 3/5/25 around 11:25pm. When I arrive to pick up my order11:35pm I was told they were only doing doordash. This would have been nice to know before I drove there. How about don't take mobile orders if you're not going to fulfill them.
