Ghettooo as hell..they put my cookie in a hamburger wrapper ..no straw or fork for foods and drinks and put big ass slices of bacon on my baked potato with hardly no cheese...I have issues every visit

I have tried and tried and tried to gave this location a chance but 9 times out of 10 they can’t get it right! Food is cold or greasy. Attitude from works from you ask to make. I would rather drive to Belleville Rd, Michigan Ave/Hewitt or even ALL THE WAY to Ann Arbor to that Wendy’s then to go here. I got a baconator Fries with NO cheese sauce and it look like I got a baby fry with a sprinkle of cheese. I also got a double stack biggie bag. I’ll post picture if it let me. I’m never going here again

They’re always giving everybody the wrong order I done spent $60 and they ripped me off of 1original crispy sandwich And a classic Dave’s single and gave me four little chicken sandwiches. I would rather go to the one on Hewitt or Washtenaw….

Ordered frosties, wanted to hand them to me with the I e cream all over the outside of the cup. Then wanted to give me a nasty look b.v I asked for napkins to wipe them off. Continued to give me the others while still nasty on outside with attitude and dita offer cleaning the cups. No care or anything. Hire anyone these days they say huh....terrible.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 min at the ordering intercom. Cars continued to line up behind me. I pulled up to the window and the guy opened the window saying I can’t take orders from the window. I then said I have been waiting for 15 minutes and no one has helped me. He then said I would need to drive around the building and wait in line again??!!? Then slammed the window shut. VERY RUDE!!!! Instead of apologizing or anything he acted as though I was in the wrong.

Great service, food was hot, no need to reheat at home. Associates were very professional and polite.
Today, Service was great. Food not so much, burgers were cold and dry, obviously prepared much earlier. Chicken sandwich same, fries were cold. Frosty were great.

Food was excellent. However service was not. The young lady that waited on us looked and acted like we were a bother. no customer service skills whatsoever. Never said thank you ,no smile..just set out stuff on the counter and walked away.

Very Trashy. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. It was a very disappointing experience, to say the least. Ask to speak to the manager, and she couldn't answer any of my questions regarding what's on their menu. But then again, I'm not surprise, being that she was high as a kite and had a huge passion mark on her neck. Her focus, principles, and priorities are not at all geared towards the customers.
My chicken sandwich was cold and my fries were old. I do not recommended patronizing this Wendy's.
