Food was good, just wish there was more of it for what prices are. My boyfriend and I both had the burrito bowls (one was made vegan) and the portions were less than half of what was pictured on the menu.
As a vegan I was excited to find a local place that I could eat at. Issue is, we are leaving hungry and unsatisfied.

I was a little hesitant about $6 tacos to be honest. I'm not cheap but I'm not stupid... Tacos are worth $6 a piece slap your grandma good, no offense to your grandma.. I'd pay $6 over and over again I ordered three of the El pastor tacos and holy smokes what flavor..

Oh Anemel how I hate you ... let me count the ways ... first I will admit that I'm a senor ... and children can learn from their elders ... let the trolling begin. Even entering the joint is difficult as the HVAC system is running at such a negative pressure one can barely open the door. Then the online QR code menu was not accessible using 3 different apps. The website is using difficult to read fonts. Again I'm O.G. not OCD, but we don't need another reason to bury our face in our phone screens. I've visited 3 times so my food reviews are not just an off night. $9for chips and salsa and 2 different red salsas both loaded with sugar. Decent green sauce, but no discernable beef in the totchos. The rest was so unremarkable I have no reason to ever set foot inside again even if I could.

Great location and easy to find! The taste of the food is absolutely awesome, but it leans a bit on the oily side. There aren’t many options on the menu, which could be improved. However, the small, cozy atmosphere adds to the charm of the place. Overall, a nice spot to enjoy a meal if you’re in the area!

I was sadly disappointed in this restaurant. The food was just ok. The service was lacking. The restaurant also add 18% gratuity to the bill. It is not gratuity if you do not have an option. I will not visit a restaurant that takes such measures.

I visited Anemel last week for the first time with my husband after hearing about it from a few friends. I had the Chicken Katsu taco and it was to die for! not only was the food amazing but the service/staff was too, a lovely a young lady went over the menu and was very helpful. Will definitely be back to try more!

This place is incredible, you can't go wrong with what you order. The tuna tostadas were gone even before I took a picture. The buffalo dip was chef kiss, and the chicken taco, that I have dreams about. Thank you for the great service and food. Next time I'm in town I'm for sure hitting up Anemel.

Delicious and imaginative food, full of comfort and style. Incredibly hospitable staff. Cool, easy and comfortable atmosphere. Great price points. Go eat there. If this was near my home I’d eat here a minimum of twice a week, then secretly 2 additional times and not tell my family. Absolutely legit! Loved it!!!
Kid-friendliness: My child loved it too! Her taco AND yummy lemonade.
Went here with some girlfriends for dinner a few days ago and I have to say I was blown away. The tacos (Al Pastor and Bao Bun) we had were delightful, packed with flavor, and very unique. The meat was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. We each got a drink (mezcalritas and a Paloma) and thoroughly enjoyed them. I can’t wait to visit again!

Great casual dining option for a family dinner, we loved the modern Tex Mex fare here in a beautiful casual setting with indoor and outdoor seating, everything was so flavorful and fresh. Lots of choices for our family of vegetarians, omnivores, and a young child. We shared nice quality margarita pitchers which were so good. A new regular in our Benton Harbor / St Joseph rotation.
