It was a wild experience while they were remodeling. We sat for almost an hour without getting our order taken. They walked by so many times it was comical. We were traveling and tried to get a bite to eat. Ended up at Steak and Shake.

somewhat cheap drinks and appetizers (if you make it to happy hour or after 9pm drinks and apps are half off), it is easy to get a seat and drink in your hand and get out whenever you're done so coverall not bad, food is fine but has small portions.

The waitress we had was spectacular. My medium steak however come out medium rare. They did adjust my bill for that. However they were packed and under staffed

Applebee's is your usual American chain restaurants. Prices are reasonable, and they have several all you can eat dinners. They were short staffed, so it took a little longer than usual to get our food. The service was excellent, they did the best they could, and were honest about the situation.
