Front counter is very messy. there’s a few tables, but they’re all very close to each other. Customer service is horrible, i had asked if they still had the pumpkin cold brew got replied with “ran out.” Two drinks were ready and i had to wait for my breakfast sandwich you know usually you’re told “Sandwich will be right up” none of that here. feels like they rush you when there’s no line only one person in the drive through. update: I told the chick i wanted both drinks 24oz and they’re 20oz so thanks wasted the extra money for nothing!!!

Workers are friendly, but this is the only location that charges for flavoring in the iced coffee. The menu states $4.08 for an iced coffee and then charge you $5.18 and say it’s for the flavoring and the creamer. Not cool.

Hands down, the best Sausage, Egg and Cheese sandwich i’ve ever had from biggby. I topped it off with a Strawberry punch with an extra shot vanilla. Ask for Becca!

I am a little bias when it comes to coffee but I had a medium roast plain coffee. To me the coffee has been sitting a little long on heat and had a burnt taste. I prefer to have more notes while drinking it, along with a finish of more particular notes of chocolate, caramel, floral, cherry, or anything besides a burnt flavor. I will go back and retry, but all in all nice place and very nice people working here.

I always get frozen coffee, and this location always does a great job blending it so I never have ice chunks blocking up the straw.
