If I could give a zero I would. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING. Breakfast took an hour, and our waitress moved slower then constipation. Bob Evans rolling over in his grave would have been faster service.

Came into Bob Evans last night with my family and to say everything was amazing is an understatement. I have seen the cook before her food is always picture perfect. The honey butter chicken is a most try as long as she is cooking. She takes pride in her food and it shows. The manager and our server were nothing but smiles made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back at night, as long as these same ladies are there. If you want to have a good experience visit this location at night. Seems that mornings are a struggle from our last visit prior to this one.

As the Project Manager for a large group working at a local power plant, we were notified late Wednesday that the meal that was to be provided for Thanksgiving was not going to be happening.
I had 60 of the hardest working and most dedicated folks working for our company on Thanksgiving, many of whom are hundreds of miles from home. The fact that they are here without a plan for a nice meal was devastating to me.
Bob Evans saved the day!! I called and spoke to the manager at this location (I apologize for leaving his card in my vehicle so I can't thank him by name) at 7:45 in the morning, and he was able to provide 60 wonderful Thanksgiving meals for our crew at 11:30 that morning.
While we all appreciate a great meal, it meant so much more to myself and our crew. This was truly a wonderful effort and is appreciated more than you could ever realize. While working for months away from home, 6 days a week for 13 hours a day, the small things make a huge difference, and something like this is not small, so it made a tremendous impact for our entire crew.

My crew is working at Palisades over Thanksgiving. The plant promised us lunch but.... for whatever reason, backed out. Our boss made numerous calls on a quest to find us Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you all so VERY MUCH for coming through with that LARGE Order!!!! It was the BEST Thanksgiving dinner I've ever had at work, which have been too many. I hope your entire staff have a GREAT HOLIDAY, knowing their work helped those of us working away from home feel better.

Wecame for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Ordered eggs, sausage, biscuits and a side of pancakes. Eggs, oksausage, ok, hash browns and biscuits. Ok. So what was absolutely terrible? Never had this happen. The Butter was sour. The people next to us left for the same reason we did. Could not eat biscuits or pancakes.
The server was very nice and brought us a liquid butter/grease from kitchen. Still not good. We paid and left. Will not do Bob Evans again. It used to be really good
