The food was good, however, the restaurant itself was disgusting. The carpet was filthy and worn down really bad. A good vacuum or shampoo would have helped! The windows on the doors were so nasty with stains and smears. I can only imagine what the bathroom looks like. Probably won’t return to this location!

This location doesn't to the ones I've been to. I've been here before but the quality has diminished.

I've always loved Bob Evans and their restaurants. The food here is great. It's like my mom cooked it for me. The staff is polite and friendly with great service.

Went last night 1/20/25. They were pretty slow due to poor weather. I wanted to give a shout out to the cook in the back. For 1 the food was good, but for 2 he was nonstop cleaning the entire time we were there while he was not cooking. As usual food, and service was good.

On 01/11/25 At the Bob Evans Benton Harbor Michigan #222, this casual chain started on an Ohio farm & known for hearty family-style meals & a country vibe was not on that day. The Double Meat Farmer's Choice listed at $14.49 turned out to be a charge of $10.69 plate on the receipt.
Heidi came and asked our table and the table next to us what our meat choice was. My meal didn’t even come close to be a farmer’s meal.
There were three pancakes, two eggs, one sausage and one piece of bacon, which was not the Double Meat Farmer's Choice.
The charges for the breakfast I had was listed as the farmers choice $10.69, $9.39 BLT, Pepsi$3.59 and tax $1.42. We were charged $25.09, $4.66 cents over the what bill actually asked for. So, server Heidi or server John who are on both receipts are either doing something to the restaurant or the customers but one thing is for sure, check you receipt before leaving.
We won’t be coming back anymore

Parking: Mostly all empty parking spaces

Better have acouple hours . Order breakfast 15 minutes later I'm asked what I ordered, waitress put in wrong order. I had to ask for a refill on coffee, 45 minutes later I still didn't have my food so I paid for the coffee, and shall return.

We came here to enjoy breakfast this morning, was seated fast. Then order was took and we sat and waited for a hour just for the food to be nasty . potatoes were uncooked , pancakes were burnt , omelet had more peppers than anything, and side of ham was thin and uncooked . In all the total experience was a 0/10 , waitress barely checked on you during the entire wait . DONT GO.

We ate Thanksgiving dinner, which was a special menu for the day. A wonderful feast which included pecan and chocolate peanut butter pies and unlimited bread choices. Even though the scheduled workers all didn’t show up for work, the food was well prepared, hot, and served with a smile by our waitress who came in on her day off. Even the District Manager put in a 10 hour day...on HIS day off.
Excellent operation!!
