😡😡😡Traveling through stopped for some food the dining area was closed way before closing time, went to the drive through to order, told them we needed to make two separate orders to pay separately and they told us they only do one order per car!?!?!?!? What the hell I've never heard that in my life, so we had to go elsewhere.

I've never been somewhere more hit or miss with service. Sometimes amazing. Mostly crap though. From no ice to the staff making you wait at the first window in drive though so they don't get measured for how slow they are.

The manager here is so nice. I wish I would have paid attention to her name. You can tell she is very hard working and cares about her job and her employees. Which is so nice to see as there are a lot managers who do not. Thank you for such a positive experience today. When people go out of their way to be nice to me it makes a difference in my day. :)

We stopped for lunch while on a road trip. It took us 35 minutes to get through the drive thru. Once we got to the window and they handed us our order we were missing a cheeseburger, halves, straws, fork, drinks, and napkins. They rectified everything but the cheeseburger. Got rude and said they gave it to us when their manager on duty was the one one who had it in her hand and never gave it to us. They were so rude it was insane!! We remained patient until the very end despite all of that. I will NEVER go back to this location.

I never seen workers literally cut off lights and hide out from customers almost 2 hours early before closing almost every night!!! Then I come during the day and ask for no mayo and tomato and get just a dry burger they make your food how they want this is not highland … it’s always the same two ghetto girls in every time .. I hate this Burger King
