The late night lady in the drive thru was awesome. She got our large order right even with the extra request, and seem to be doing almost everything herself and made sure we had all the condiments in the bag and she was super nice .

This is hands down the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The service is a joke—25 minutes stuck in the drive-thru for food that was burnt, fries that were cold, and to top it off, they gave us the wrong drinks. No apology, no care—just pure incompetence.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Don’t waste your time or money.

Very long awkward pause between ordering, but realized only 2 people working on a Saturday night AND 4th of July weekend. Great customer service and food hit and fresh worth the wait.

I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with only cheese, ketchup and mayo only. After arriving back at work I thought I had the wrong order, because these 2 sandwiches were made wrong. So I called back to BK and the manager answered the phone and I informed him of the mistake that was made. Mind u I'm at work and don't get off until 1:30a. I can't eat these sandwiches because of my allergies. But the manager proceeds to tell me to bring them back tomorrow. Like I'm going to hold on to some food that I can't eat all day. Never again and I will make daily reviews if I have to. This BK IS TRASH!!

For me the service was a bit slow. Only me and a vehicle in front (very slow none behind). But the order was perfect and the person was courteous and apologized for the delay. Overall a great experience but slow.

I purchased Burger King's impossible whopper. It was terrible and the pattie was very small. It seemed like the pattie was sitting for hours. The pattie was also very dry. Nevertheless, the pattie was cold. They didn't even take time to warm the pattie. Moreover, it does not look like the burger that they advertised. It was definitely not worth the price. I would never eat fast food again.
