I dined at the Chatterbox today, and overall the experience was good, service was good, but the food? Not so much! I ordered the battered cod basket and was very disappointed. The cod was shaped like fish sticks and the taste wasn’t much better. I’ve had store bought fish sticks that tasted better! I’m not sure it was even cod! I would definitely recommend they change the cod for a higher quality or something that hasn’t been frozen for who knows how long.

Awful service. The customer service was horrible from the moment we arrived. The lady there told in an awful tone it would be 30-45 wait like she didn’t want us there. She also got mad that we went to go get our own menus because we weren’t given any after waiting at a table for 15 minutes. I wouldn’t reccomend this place to anyone. We went down the street and had a wonderful experience at The Brick House. If you can’t handle stress and being nice then don’t work in customer service.

My husband and I went there a month or so ago to try it as we live in Benton Harbor but ive never been. Soooo good. We go at least once a week now. We always get the chicken strips or the Olive burgers. I never eat hamburgers as I've never liked them but this place changed that. Im obsessed. Also their chicken strips are great! The servers and cooks are kind as well!

Great burger, great service. We barely sat down when the server came over and seconds after cold beer in a frosty glass was in front of us. Burgers were done to specifications and delicious. It was our first time there so we both ordered the Chatterbox. Next time we'll know to check the chalkboard for the daily specials. Restrooms were clean and we liked the sports bar theme with all the ceiling tiles painted in team colors. We'll be back.
