Have been here a few times and although they have a ton of workers that say “my pleasure” the organization is not there. They skip orders, are unorganized in the drive through and are all over the place. Food has been wrong every time I go and they are “sorry about the inconvenience” but don’t take any precautions to ensure it doesn’t happen again or that the issue is corrected.

The management definitely needs to step in and manage better before it will be just another failed restaurant in BH!

After waiting 20 minutes, I finally placed my order for 2 cups of chicken noodle soup. 20 minutes later I finally got it. I waited at the window for over five minutes. For this? I know you’re new, but you can definitely do better.

The food, as always, is great.

I ordered online and learned that you have to go through the very long drive-through, even if you choose curbside pickup. They do not start making your online order until you arrive at the order booths. This defeats the entire purpose of ordering it online so that its ready when you arrive. The drive-through is completely captive. If you need to get out of the lines for any reason, you can't. You're stuck. Medical emergency/bathroom etc. Too bad, even if others wanted to get out of the way, they're all blocked in and nobody can move.

I had a salad with grilled nuggets, customized to my tastes. The website offers plenty of options to modify your order to accommodate changes.

I'd love to eat here regularly, but it's just not setup in a way that allows me to get food in a reasonable amount of time.

Dietary restrictions: The nutrition info on the website is excellent. As you create your order and make any needed dietary or preference adjustments, the nutrition label is updated. This makes it very easy ensure you are ordering exactly what you want, nutritionally.

Parking: The lot fills up and is designed in a very confusing way. Many of the driving paths are blocked off and navigating can be confusing. Be very careful where you park as you might find yourself blocked in by a line of 50 cars unable to back out of your parking spot.

Food and service aside. Prices being higher then most of the chicago land and south bend locations is absurd. Also really disappointing to not serve lunch all day unlike most chick fila locations. Smallest dining room I've ever seen for a chick fila to boot as well.
