I ordered a pizza for pick-up from the hotel that was a couple blocks away. They had it ready by the time I was able to get in my car and drive there (5 minutes!) It could have used a few more mushrooms as I ordered extra, but otherwise it was phenomenal service.
Food was amazing. Staff could be a little friendlier. The lady who helped me at the pickup window didn't even bother to smile and was very monotone. She wasn't rude but definitely not the best customer service skills there.
Usually don't have problems here with food or staff they are generally friendly, but last time though food was over 30mins behind. They forgot to put sauce on one of my pizzas and missed putting the buttery seasoning on the crust on all 6 pizzas. The prep person seamed overwhelmed when I had come in to pick up. --note was not a holiday nor any special day.
