Quality wine selection available as well including some nice cheese in their refrigerated case including desserts and a large selection of beer, seltzer, hard cider and N/A beverages as well.Be sure to checkout their weeknight dinners inspired by specific regions of Italy which I’ve yet to experience but look forward to one day. Terrible, slow, inattentive service. The staff walks around like zombies not knowing what to do next. I waited way too long for a pint of soup and two pieces of pizza, not heated. I was told that all orders are “timed out” to allow the staff to keep up and that online and call-in orders are given preference. Ridiculous. If I hadn’t asked what was going on, I’d have waited forever.The pasta fagiola soup was bad. This classic soup does not have a tomato base and heavy spices and does not use orecchiette pasta but traditionally, ditalini or elbow macaroni. I can see from the owner responses to the other negative reviews that he thinks customers should “respect” his establishment and that busy Michigan weekends are an excuse for poor service. I won’t bother commenting on the high prices. Very disappointing.

Had a wonderful lunch experience here ordering pizza and drinks. Pizza was New York style fennel sausage and was some of the best pizza I’ve had in quite awhile. The staff were extremely welcoming and let us try free samples of other menu items. Will definitely be going back. The only issue is there are too many good options to choose from.

The staff is incredible and sweet. They want you to enjoy what they’re making and the ingredients they use prove that. The market area is small but mighty.I had the caprese sandwich and the tomatoes and olive oil are of another world. Delicious and worth it.

This place is a total gem. It feels like a small European grocer / cafe, right here in SW Michigan. The staff is super friendly and constantly hustling around the shop and kitchen as they all seem to wear multiple hats, but work closely as a team. We opted to dine-in and ordered at the counter. The place was mostly empty aside from one other table, but it completely filled before our food came out so we must've picked the perfect time to arrive (4:45pm) as people poured in behind us. We started w some drinks (highly recommended their wines!) and a farmers salad. So light and fresh - perfect palate prepper before a gluttonous pizza. As a native (suburban) Detroiter, I can say that Detroit style pizza was delish and did not disappoint. Everything tasted so fresh and was cooked perfectly. Glad we found this little gem, and can't wait to try more things soon (saw lotsa meatballs getting ordered....drool)

After hiking the dunes, we discovered this delightful establishment, where the friendliness of the owner and staff was exceeded only by the outstanding quality of the food. Beautifully thought-out and well-curated, Emma’s offers outstanding pizza in many forms - we had the Italian seasonal vegetables pizza from the wood fired oven, and it was superb - as was the pasta fagioli soup, the selection of snacks, unique grocery items, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. We will come back!
Excellent. SOme of the best pizza my wife and I have ever had and we took it home par baked. That says a lot. Quality of ingredients is clearly there as is the love. Staff was friendly and laid back. For such a high caliber execution there was ZERO pretense. This is what all neighborhood "joints" should be.

We call ahead (they tell us when pizza is ready and we arrive prior to our pizza order finishing so we can get drinks & salads) and eat at Emma's. Limited seating inside but their outdoor space is charming.
