I was waiting by the hostess stands for someone to notice me. A woman walked through the door to start her shift, asked me if I had been helped. I told her no and she immediately helped me to a table, got me menus and asked about my drink.
She did an amazing job. Start to finish. The service, meal, portions down to the drink were great!
I will be back and hope she's working again! Or that I at great get that amazing service again!

I had breakfast here twice while visiting the area and loved this IHOP. I was warmly welcomed by the manager, Mario, and his staff, who provided excellent service.
The food was delicious and promptly served despite the place being busy. Sofia kept our coffee filled. The eggs were cooked precisely as requested. Everything was cooked to perfection.
For the first time, I tried the Avocado Bacon Eggs Benedict, which was incredible š!
This is a very nice restaurant. When I return to the area, I will definitely be back.
I walked in because I had to use the restroom because Iām on a road trip, was walking there and then this very large woman comes yelling at me āthereās no public restroomsā when they are obviously public, then she changes her word to āitās actually to only paying customers. She was very very rude about it all. There were these two kids staring and when I walked out they said just donāt listen to her she doesnāt know anything. I just walked out. She needs to be fired immediately and never hired by any place ever.

My family went here this week and 2 weeks before that. Both times, we were treated with respect and made to feel like we were valued. We had the same waitress both times. Shamika. This girl is a great worker. She made sure we were happy with our meals, kept coming back for refills, and took the time to bother without being a bother. She is nice and kind. This we don't see as much at restaurants anymore. The food was great. Got it quick. The whole atmosphere had a pleasant feeling. We will definitely return to the Benton Harbor Ihop. Hopefully soon.

If I could rate this place at a 0 star I definitely would. The manager is rude well both manager Mario and Sofia are very rude they do not train you they expect you to know everything on your 3rd day when you haven't even finished training videos. They just want to yell at you they are not respectful at all. Mario threatens to not pay you if you can't clock out without their approval but you can't clock out when told to without a managers help which is bullshit.
