These people are used to me coming in and they know me really well.And they are very friendly and they always do right by my food. I am also gluten, free and really am happy that they have a whole separate area for it.
Stopped in the Benton harbor store for the first time. Maddie greeted me with a smile that'll change your day! Chris and her made a sandwich that was the chef's kiss of an already great. Thankful to have them at my local sub shop. I will be back just because of those two.
The food is usually good. Service is not very good. They are always behind on pick up orders at least 10 or more minutes. There are a select few who are very friendly but some you can tell just don’t want to be there and don’t want to help.
