I like the store now that they've moved across the street, but I think they were faster at the old location in the plaza. Good sandwiches and good employees. My only complaint is the request for tip when using tap to pay. Instead of just a quick transaction I have to first grab hold of the card reader and tell them what I want to tip. Honestly, a fast food drive-thru is not a place I would ever tip. Tip culture has gone way too far, and its not just Jimmy John's.

I just wanted to shout out to the woman working the drive thru on 8/13. Great customer service and interaction!
Well we love Jimmy John's! We ordered 3 sandwiches and the staff was talking with us and learned that we were traveling and asked if we wanted each half of our sandwiches wrapped separately to make it easier on us. They were all super friendly and made delicious sandwiches! Thanks for going above and beyond!
