That place is absolutely terrible. Bad customer service, old and cold food, very long wait of 20 minutes or more. I will never ever visit the Benton Harbor, Michigan KFC again 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
NASTY!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! YOU WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR NASTY, GREASY, SOGGY, COLD CHICKEN, COLD POTATOES WITH NO GRAVY, BISCUITS HARD AS HOCKEY PUCKS.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE BOARDED UP.
