They are so slow. I came here to pick up order. It could take more than 30mins for waiting. Unbelievable! Their store manager did not do a good job. I think the owner of this branch need to come here to experience their performance.

Giving ppl dried out old pieces of chicken that are too hard to even eat. They always say they are out of what you’re ordering in hopes that you will leave because they don’t feel like working. The manager hung up on me when I called to tell her my food was old.

Slow service but that's because they're understaffed. Stop being greedy, u need more than 2-3 ppl to run a kfc during dinner time! Seriously! For as much as you charge, and i know how much that food is marked up too. I used to manage a kfc. I know at the time you paid 39 cents for a breast that you sold for $2.99! Now stop being greedy, pay your employees better, and get it staffed right. A good experience brings customers back!

Ordered the $20 fillup Chicken was terrible and greasy soggy , skin falling off chicken . Has a burnt gassy taste. Asked for macaroni and mashed potatoes and gravy for sides received corn instead of macaroni
HAD ORDER DELIVERED ON(8/30/25) IT WAS THE WORSE FOOD I EVER HAD. THE CHICKEN WASN'T ANY BIGGER THAN BIRD AND OVER COOKED, POTATOES WERE LIKE SOUP, GRAVY THERE WAS ONLY LIKE A TEASPOON ON POTATOES. ONLY THING THAT WAS EDIBLE WAS THE BISCUITS. ALL THIS CRAP WITH INTO THE GARBAGE. THAT WAS $36.00 IN THE GARBAGE! I'M ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND I THOUGHT I WOULD SPLURGE. WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY

There were 5 people working. They were continuously putting the wrong orders together. With the drive through and the counter. Customers kept coming in complaining about their drive through orders were incorrect. I will never go again. I'll pay more and go across the street to Chicken Coop.
