Watched my food sit on counter for 15 min with no one to hand it to me like a horrifing lininal space, I can see why they are going out of business, if a restaurant is unable to handle 4 customers within 20 min then they don't deserve to be around

Went there on my way home from a doctors appointment went through the drive thru a sign on it said it wasn't working pull to the window and they'll be glad to take your order ... WRONG 4 different people walked past the window looked at me and kept on going after 10 minutes I got so pissed I left I can't believe this place stays in business ,I strongly suggest you keep on driving past this place!

The worst thing there is in delivery offices, they make you wait more than 20 minutes to deliver the orders and they spend the entire time on the phone in any of the shifts

Should’ve written this review long ago. Everytime we order here online for pickup, we call to find out if the order is ready for pickup (cause it never is ready at the promised pickup time). But even then, they’ll say it’s ready and we have to wait another 15-20 mins after we get here (10 min drive) for a 8 piece chicken order. Just ridiculous. Never spending my money here again

Worst meals we’ve ever had here! Everything was cold and hard. Like it had been there awhile! We paid $19 & it definitely wasn’t worth it! So sad that this is the only KFC we have!!😟

got a famous bowl with no chicken and a large fry. got pulled up with 5 other cars ahead of me, got my food and there was chicken all in my famous bowl and my fries were cold on the bottom and warm on the top, they tried covering their laziness. do better.

Every time I go there the breast are really dry and I can't even eat them. You can see it's overcooked. Need to take it out a minute or two earlier, timers must be off or people aren't taking it out fast enough when the timers go off. Possible to eat it if you got iron teeth. So pissed that I get two pieces and I live like 20 minutes away. I ate the skin only. It's so dry and tough I seriously can't even eat it.
