I could smell good food before I came in. Ordered ribs and dark chicken combo for takeout with sauce on the side. The ribs were superb before and after sauce. Chicken was superb after sauce added. Amazing barbecue sauce, highly recommended.
Good home cooked barbeque. Liked that we could get sauce on the side for the ribs. We also ordered ribs and chicken that came with sauce. We should have requested sauce on the side as it was more than we expected. But overall, it was a good meal. Liked all the pictures on the wall and the message of hope. We would eat there again.

We also tried a couple of sides. The coleslaw was a stand-out while the beans, greens, and cornbread not so much. The beans needed a little more spice, greens needed vinegar, and bread was too dry.
