Crazy inconsistent. Little Caesars can be good but this location is really all over the place with quality and I've also seen people come in to missing orders several times while I was picking up and once my order was missing as well.
I've gotten stuffed crust that looked mangled with very wide sections folded over like a calzone-pizza hybrid. I've gotten crazy puffs the size of muffins and also ones size of a mini pizza bagel. Today I ordered the Detroit style deep dish and it came with about 1" of bare crust and not a whole lot of cheese. The whole point of the deep dish is that the toppings are supposed to go to the edge. Also seems like they are shrinking the portion sizes.
The people who work there put in hardly any effort and don't greet people half the time and usually seem lost about what they are doing and where orders are located. They moving along like limp toddlers who don't want to be there. I've worked food service, so I understand that it's a shitty job, but in the last 5 years this place seems to function at half-assed on a good day. I've also seen workers argue with customers when they come back with issues with their order.

Worst place to ever eat at I been waiting over a hour for 1 sausage pizza they gave me the wrong pizza and never put my sausage in the oven into the 3rd time I had to come in they are rude and disrespectful

i have never had a problem with this little ceasars. i had just ordered 3 crazy bread combos a few weeks ago and had no issues with that order. but today, i ordered 2 crazy bread combos and the crazy bread was dry, not buttered, it seemed to be overcooked because it was rock hard and had little to no garlic. and we even had to wait 20 minutes for it. it was even more disappointing because we were already home by the time we had noticed.

Food: My crazy bites were good. My pizza a normal pizza with extra cheese was inedible raw dough yes RAW DOUGH, cheese wasn't cooked, was supposed to be well done. Service: Everyone on their cell phone. No one answers drive thru. Atmosphere: I rather see a dirt pile than this little caesars. Conclusion: Save yourselves time and money go anywhere else. The pizza is in a dumpster where it belongs. If you want salmonella go here if not go anywhere else. Shut it down and fire everyone. BTW they won't answer your phone call either. USLESS LOCATION!!!!

We moved from Van Buren County were regulars at our locations, and not that we have high expectations for Little Ceasrs being as cheap as it is, but this location is absolutely unacceptable. The staff takes no pride in their work or work ethic. The pizza was at least half way edible (barely) but the breadsticks were not. Corporate needs to shut down this location but then again, what do you expect from Benton Harbor and the people that live there.....
