I ordered 2 things: pretzel crust pizza and crazy bread with crazy sauce. What I got was an undercooked floppy regular pizza with no pretzel crust and they forgot the sauce for the crazy bread. I ended up having to cook the pizza once I got home

Employees clearly don’t care. I saw them shake the pepperoni off my pizza into the trash, which ruined my cheese pizza as half the cheese was now missing as well. My pizza also had hair on it due to making contact with the trashcan. Employee thought I didn’t notice. This is twice now the Benton Harbor little Caesar’s has failed to adequately make a cheese pizza as well as handed out crazy bread well past its holding time. I will not be back, I advise you not go as well.

Waited and drive through for 10 minutes. Never had anyone come on to take my order when inside. No one's at register, taking orders very poor.

Terrible place to work owners allow for bad management team. The Store manger is stealing blaming it on other employees. Will claim to hire you for 16 but are only paying 12 an hour. NO real solutions are ever made because the problem is the Store Manger so he just keep firing any good workers who he cant comtrol. Only way to get a raise and have any sort of hours is to talk to the general manager and she's Terrible with communication many times insent her notice on things running low in store with no reply. Its very unprofessional calling a lawyer and corporate needs to do a real investigation on how they are handling their business. They Think it's Funny To play with someone's job because their not taking theirs seriously. You Got The Wrong Guy and I'm Taking It to Court.
