New York Fried Chicken

Ghetto. Liquor bottles were all over and the the parking lot. The cook was nasty looking and didn't wash his hands. The owner was on the phone talking very loudly and the food wasn't all that.

The lady thst answer the phone have no customer service. She was very Rude on the phone. She needs to cooking and not taken orders. If it wasn't not for the others. My order would have been canceled.

Do not order the Philly. It's loaded with stuff that shouldn't be on it (lettuce, mayo, tomato). It was super disappointing. Will order it plain next time.

Terrible customer service they declined my order for no reason at all

Smallest portion I ever experienced with a Philly cheesesteak. Lots of bun but maybe 2 oz of meat. Also wanted a $1 to refill fountain coke not posted anywhere this refill charge after I tipped him on my card. As Bart Simpson says “-et -e—“. Came in hungry left hungry and spent $20. Fries no seasoning, none.

I was never given confirmation that my food/order was ready for pick up. The chicken wasn't bad. Everything else was horrible. I'm not sure what is was. But they called them mashed potatoes. The poppers were old and dry. Coleslaw was ok but a very small portion. The man at the counter was rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend this place at all. Way over priced as well.

Delivered wrong items, called to get a refund or for them to fix the order, they just said they couldn’t do anything even though I was very specific on the order

I wish they knew how to fry chicken I wanted to enjoy this plate but the batter is like fried napkins. Looks unclean wouldn’t ever eat here again?

They food was nasty. Their chicken was unseasoned and they french fries took three hours just to give you your food.
