Service is shifty they tell you 15 minutes and you get there and they tell you should've been there in 15 minutes ,what you're eating orders after 15 minutes that's what you look like and a guy sitting down eating what's probably my order and then you complete my transaction without my permission calling my bank

The food is great but the black chick that wor k s there got a nasty attitude. I asked her if the driver thur was open and she told me if it was open she would said something. Food is great 👍 attitude 👎

I had very friendly service here. I was impressed by the number of any options and that they were able to cook a variety of items very well. Definitely not just chicken which I did not actually know. I do wish that there may have been some more descriptions about menu items. We ordered three different items. I think their fries are Sublime. Chicken tenders were a little bit dry. Philly cheese steak sandwiches where messy which in my book equals yummy

We got our order switched up but overall the chicken and the fries are good! Fries with cheese melt on top was very good. They have good barbeque sauce in the store as well!

It’s disappointing to experience this kind of attitude and poor customer service after spending 70 of our hard-earned dollars and hate that we even have to leave a review like this, especially knowing how tough the food service industry can be. But what’s worse is hearing that this location has been open for 6 years and the reviews have been bad for just as long. How does that continue? Are people just unaware, like we were?
• We did not eat the food.
• Three meals were untouched.
• We offered to bring everything back the same night.

We weren’t asking for a full refund, just to have the order remade. We tried to handle it respectfully, but the way the call was handled (being hung up on) was unacceptable.

As business owners ourselves, we understand mistakes happen. But how you respond to them matters. This review is simply to hold you accountable for how we were treated. 0/5 Stars

Ghetto. Liquor bottles were all over and the the parking lot. The cook was nasty looking and didn't wash his hands. The owner was on the phone talking very loudly and the food wasn't all that.

Do not order the Philly. It's loaded with stuff that shouldn't be on it (lettuce, mayo, tomato). It was super disappointing. Will order it plain next time.

Great late night food!

Terrible customer service they declined my order for no reason at all

Smallest portion I ever experienced with a Philly cheesesteak. Lots of bun but maybe 2 oz of meat. Also wanted a $1 to refill fountain coke not posted anywhere this refill charge after I tipped him on my card. As Bart Simpson says “-et -e—“. Came in hungry left hungry and spent $20. Fries no seasoning, none.
