My pregnant wife ordered a simple personal pan with bacon and Italian sausage, please tell me why they put mushroom and sausage on there it's not hard to do a simple job late at night with no orders guess they dont care it's ok ill just go to coloma they NEVER get it wrong. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄. Benton harbor sucks they need to just cut there losses with benton harbor and move on like I am. Whoever is taking phone orders for delivery tonight needs to be trained on how to speak on the phone She’s holding it to close to her face or upside down. And she’s rude!! Waiting to see if the order comes Correct or messed up. If it shows up at all. Very unprofessional!! Paid a lot of money tonight and hopefully it’s not messed up.

This is the worst Pizza Hut in town when I say say the worst I mean the worst I asked for no onions and they put onions everywhere instead of bacon that I asked rule employees had to wait two and a half hours for my order to be delivered when I Live 5 minutes away and I asked him for no onions because my daughter has a really bad allergy to onions and they still put onions I had to rush my daughter to the hospital so with that being said I will never in my life order from this Pizza Hut ever again y'all need to learn how to do your job instead of being some assholes or find somewhere else that you know how to do because food industry is not for you

Professional, friendly employee took my order over the phone. The pizza was ready for pick up in 15 minutes as promised. I had to wait in line to pick up my order but it went quickly.

Everything was exactly as hoped for according to Pizza Hut's online and television advertising, the quality of service and the food. I was worried that some companies might skimp on the amount and quality of ingredients with it being a deal and all but it was great, well worth the money spent. Our Pizza Hut here in Benton Harbor, MI does a great job!

Very bad attitude and pizza it was so dry and over cooked. The workers acted like they didn’t even want to be at work. Will never go back. Went there Jan 28 about 2pm. Should have went to dominoes.
