Rivers Edge Bar & Grill

This place was not very friendly or welcoming.., maybe me and my husband were the wrong color, we walked to the bar, and the bartender turned his back.., no hello, what can I get you.., no anything, we just decided to leave! I'll never come here again.

We had their burger and their pork tenderloin sandwiches. Both were excellent. Service was great and friendly. The restaurant/bar was clean.

It was very nice they have a DJ on Sundays , from 4:00 /8:00 had a very nice time.

This is a hidden gem snuggled right up against the river within Benton Harbor, right across the bridge from Saint Joe. The food is decent bar food, but the environment during the summer is amazing with live entertainment and drinks by the water. During the winter it is cozy and has great prices. The kitchen is open very late and it is a great option if you are burning candle light.

Always loved this place others made the decision for me to stay away great food and the owners are the best treat me like family

The people are awesome! I worked in the area building wooden bridges back around 2011 or so and went there a lot. I'm a trucker now and still stop in to see my old friends when I'm up from Florida and anywhere near the area. ?

This is a small bar which was not busy when we arrived on a Monday evening. We were greeted immediately by the bartender when we walked in the door. It was obvious he was not accustomed to waiting tables, but was overly accommodating and did whatever he could to make our visit enjoyable, He was spot on with the service and very polite. It was good bar food and we would stop here again. The owner even put on music selecting a genre she knew we would like. This is a place that appreciates your business while providing good food.

I was with a group of girls. The waiter we had was great. No complaints on the food. Everyone got something different and enjoyed the food.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good selection of alcohol, and great patio.

We've been going to River's Edge for years. We generally go in by jet boat during the day for a burger or pork tenderloin sandwich & drinks during the summer months. I have never been there in the evening or winter. We've never driven up because they really don't have much parking. They have a large outdoor area with covered & uncovered tables. The food is yummy for a small bar & I think they really care about their regular customers.

Brought our dinghy out for some dinner. When we pulled up to the dinghy dock there was a gentleman playing some classic rock on his guitar. The food was good, waitress/ bartender was friendly, and we left full. Definitely recommend for a quick bite and a drink.
