Two orders in a row things have been wrong from this place.
Last time they sent someone with the wrong order to my house to deliver it (subway employees are supposed to double check these things, I used to be one).
This time they put olives on a sandwich that literally only had ONE vegetable to add to it.
Y'all need to pay better attention to what you’re doing in there. I understand that the DoorDash driver got there quick, but there’s no reason to mess up something that simple.

Horrible customer service. Walked in wasn't greeted, kid had his headphones on, I said hello he then asked if it was a pick up and I responded no. He then walked away and said Oh my God! So rude, do not recommend coming here. There was literally no one else there. I walked out, there's no need to be rude. If you don't like your job, quit!

Stopped here today to pick up a doordash Order. One of the worst experiences i've had since being in this town for3 days. The two women working the counter did not greet me, let alone look at me, and one of them had had an attitude that you could feel from behind the counter. I had to ask a man who came out from the kitchen.If he could just check if the order on the counter was mine. smh worst feeling. I've had a in this town. I would never eat here. I'd go to a new town to a new Subway if I needed Subway. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

We had two seperate orders to pick up NOTDOOR DASH all four sandwiches didn't have much meat at all. What's going on subway. I always get a rotessori chicken for some reason I don't have it so I replace it with chunky white chicken? I can't eat it!. But ur employees no nothing but how to lie when someone calls to ask for a manager great or they just keep hanging up thanks man I need find a better one I loved place but now they r just greedy I go there all the time shit hard bread barely any sauce wrong meat

It's truly disturbing how Greedy People are now! I ordered a Footlong Turkey Toasted with Nothing but Turkey and Cheese. So you think they would atleast add a little extra meat and cheese...But No! It literally tasted like I was just eating Nothing but Bread. And then had the nerve to charge me almost $10 bc it was $9 and some change. Oh and just so we are clear it was just the sandwich, nothing with it. These Businesses Are Truly Out Of Control, Greedy Isn't Even The Word For It!!! Smh

This is the laziest town ive ever been in. The excuse for this location is they always seem to run out of the main ingredient after 8 pm. This isnt the first time. Habitual this point. I'm not sure this location has either supervisors around. Must be nice to work from home.
I ordered 3 steak foot long and when I said something about there was hardly no meat on any of them I was told this is why I don't like waiting on white people. They only put one scoop of meat on each sandwich which I thought looked skimpy and when I got home my husband said it's one scoop per six inches. My husband called corporate and they asked for a receipt but I told him she didn't give me one she said she couldn't even give me the.93¢ she owed me. We will never go there again. Food is horrible and the staff has no business working around the public

The worst subway anywhere in this country not only can the workers not read what you order and make sure they hand out the correct order to people on curb side pick up. It takes 12 phone calls for someone to answer the phone but they won't give you a refund when they mess up either. Even the other person that received my food brought it back and they knew they gave the wrong order to the wrong cars. The very rude lady even said come back up here and we will fix your order. Well I couldnt get a ride back up there and they refused to give a refund. They also hang up the phone on you. So the bank will take care of the refund part so I will get my money back anyways but that's not the point. Whom ever owns this subway should really be ashamed at how you allow it to run....complained to corporate as well...maybe they can accomplish something current looser owners can't

No customer service, the employees barely speak to you, did an online order and when I got there they were making it, the employee only put 3 tomatoes on a footling, 3 pieces of green pepper and 3 stringy pieces of onion, super disappointed that there weren't more toppings... every subway I've been to the workers look miserable and fed up... subway needs to do better!

Do not order from this location. Do not order online from this location through UberEats or any 3rd-party websites.
Seriously, buyer beware.
1) This location does not adhere to posted operating hours and will close or open at random times.
2) If you order online, please understand that this location does not adhere to quality standards set by Subway corporate and will throw whatever they have made on your sandwich, not what you order --- or they will simply not supply your order.
3) If you order with UberEats and have a poor experience, UberEats will not refund you if this Subway location "fulfills" part of your order by simply giving you edible food - regardless if it is what you ordered or not.
4) They do not have any employees. This place is ran by a husband and wife duo, who are either the owners or the managers. They do whatever they want, however they want, to whomever they want -- regardless of what it costs to you.
BACKSTORY --- I work remotely since the pandemic and often have a late-night shift until 10:00 PM into the evening. I have been visiting with my grandparents to help care for them, and I usually cook on most days, unless it's because of my work schedule. As a result, Thursday or Friday usually ends up being the "treat" day to eat out for restaurants.
On 8/29/2024, I placed a dinner order with four (4) footlongs for a household of four (4) adults, two of which are elderly seniors (grandparents) via UberEats. This location is less than a mile away from my grandparents' home, but I was without a vehicle for the week, so I had no choice but to order delivery service.
We ordered:
1 - #31 Cheesy Garlic Steak footlong
1 - #23 The Hotshot Italiano footlong
1 - #20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch footlong
1 - Steak & Cheese footlong
I paid $61.74 for the order and $9.09 for the driver tip.
The driver arrived at the Subway location and was informed that they did not have much left for the night and would be closing more than an hour earlier than posted.
Instead of canceling the order entirely, the "manager" made two of the steak sandwiches without some of the toppings and very little meat. The other two sandwiches were not made.
After nearly a half hour, the driver informed me that he was "shooed" out the door and the Subway location immediately closed for the night. The driver advised me to keep my receipt and to come back to the location the next day to discuss it with the Subway management in-person... which I am unable to do as I did not have a vehicle.
The driver delivered the food product that was created by the manager -- two (2) of the four (4) sandwiches that were ordered.
To say those sandwiches were inedible and made in poor quality would be an understatement. I will let the photos speak for themselves.
The sandwiches were not made as expected (untoasted, missing toppings, small portions of steak meat, no dressings, etc). The sandwiches were inedible and had to be discarded.
We received no value for the money we spent.
Unfortunately, I had to place two separate orders with other restaurants in the area (Arby's and Taco Bell), spending another $54.67 to feed them. I ended up going without entirely so my family could enjoy their food and not spend anymore money for the night.
Subsequent communications with UberEats regarding this experience has not yielded any results in a full refund, only a partial refund of $17.48 because two (2) of the four (4) sandwiches were "fulfilled" and "delivered".

Every time I call there they say there open till 10, last time I came in there they said they were only open till 8:25, then today I come in there only open till 9:25, horrible wouldn’t recommend going there at all.
