So first off, it’s December 22nd at 12:47 am. The Store hours says they close at 2am, got there at 12:45 am on the dot, 2 workers inside and they’re standing doing nothing. Being the ONLY customer car in the lot, we pull up to the drive thru “Im sorry. This location is currently closed” Awful location. Just close this place down and replace it with something better or get better employees. They’re never open at the store hours. They always mess up my orders. I’m just tired of this place.

I get it, food service sucks; but when I go through the drive through get greeted like you’re an inconvenience to them for even daring to order at this location I’d at least expect there not be ACTUAL METAL SHAVINGS IN MY FOOD. It’s really disappointing, I’m broke but I gotta eat to get through my job too, now I wasted $6 because I know they won’t bother with a refund at this one.

The angry woman working around 1am on Novemeber 11th is possibly the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, obnoxious human being I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
The lobby was unlocked, so I went in, and was in turn demanded to get out because they were closed, and when questioned, I was verbally forced out of the building.
Upon further questioning when calling the store, I was hungup on 5 times and then they proceeded to unplug the phone.
All in all, its unfortunate some people lack the capacity to simply do their job at a restaurant that is open.

The Taco Bell in Benton Harbor is decent for a quick meal. The staff is usually friendly, and my orders are mostly accurate. The food tasted okay, nothing special, but it did the job. The restaurant was clean, and the drive-thru moved at a decent pace. It’s a convenient spot if you’re craving Taco Bell and don’t want to wait too long.

No quality control of food before getting handed to customer. Thankfully the counter clerks acknowledged the order was messed up before they gave it to me after id gone back for a refund. Refund was made with the refund receipt. Would not dine here again. Little to no consideration for white patrons' food orders.

I visited Taco Bell recently and was surprised to find out they had no lettuce. When I asked the manager, Alicia, if I could get a substitute, she refused with a bad attitude. Instead of offering a solution or at least being polite, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Poor customer service on top of missing ingredients made for a disappointing experience.
