As a vegetarian, Taco Bell is a perfect place to eat. The food is good and they will substitute refried beans or black beans for any meat ingredient. One of my go-tos

The Taco Bell in Benton Harbor is decent for a quick meal. The staff is usually friendly, and my orders are mostly accurate. The food tasted okay, nothing special, but it did the job. The restaurant was clean, and the drive-thru moved at a decent pace. It’s a convenient spot if you’re craving Taco Bell and don’t want to wait too long.

Ordered Veggie salad. Rice was too hard, so after mentioning, they replaced it with a new salad.

No quality control of food before getting handed to customer. Thankfully the counter clerks acknowledged the order was messed up before they gave it to me after id gone back for a refund. Refund was made with the refund receipt. Would not dine here again. Little to no consideration for white patrons' food orders.

I visited Taco Bell recently and was surprised to find out they had no lettuce. When I asked the manager, Alicia, if I could get a substitute, she refused with a bad attitude. Instead of offering a solution or at least being polite, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Poor customer service on top of missing ingredients made for a disappointing experience.
I love the staff here! You guys always make sure to take care of me and I appreciate it!

I’ve been to this location over a dozen times, and they used to be much better a few years ago. However, their quality and portion sizes have gone downhill. Recently, I ordered a Cheesy Fiesta Potato, but the potatoes were burnt. On top of that, they messed up my order—my Bean and Cheese Burrito had chicken in it, and my Veg Quesadilla was made with chicken instead. These kinds of mistakes are unacceptable, especially for those with dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, this place is not as reliable as it once was.

I tried a couple times here, not worth it. Food is cold, the wait is unbelievable. I understand not being super quick, but taking 20 minutes per person is just plain laziness. The general manager and district manager should feel so ashamed of themselves. I have a 30 minute lunch and spent 40 minutes here in drive thru. That is never acceptable and you can’t just leave. Once you enter drive thru, you’re screwed!
The food was dry and crumbling like it'd been sittin under a heat lamp for an hour or two.

Not sure if it’s this location or all of them but I feel like they put more tomatoes on everything than any other topping and I really don’t like it, ik I can ask to not have them but I like tomatoes just not that much in such a small area
